The menu is Italian style, but you will find several enhancements in the variations and taste which are not common. There is a seafood choice and the meat side also offers nice variations, in addition to the pizza & pasta part.We enjoyed nice starter drinks and the food which was good and served quickly.

We trusted the reviews and visited this place, but the reality was far above our expectations! The owner is a very nice old men who cooks and serves everything himself. The food was so delicious like nowhere before, you must taste the cevapcici and dont miss the grilled pepper with garlic on the top, this is a must!!! The kajmak and the ajvar are also the best we tasted ever. We loved the evening we spent here!!! :)

Almost every day we walk the Maribor city park and end up cooling ourselves at The Tri Ribniki restaurant where you can eat well and drink well! Very friendly staff and wonderful surroundings! I huess anyone ealking there ends up here!â¤â¤â¤

I did a quick stop for a burger. Service was quick and excellent, burger was not more than ok. I think other food is much better. We stayed one night at Bascarsija. When I made the room reservation I was affraid of the noise because of the restaurant and the terrace. Fortunately we had the apartment on the oposite side of the terrace. It was a nice experience. The ethno decorations in the restaurant create the atmosphere of the authentic Bosnian village. The food is great, large servings and the staff was very friendly. "Sirnica" pastry rolls filled with cottage cheese were delicious. I recommend !

Service was awful today. I asked a Coke with lots of ice and got no ice. I asked again for a glass full of ice and got just a few cubes which melted in a minute. What kind of restaurant saves on ice?!We were two people. One person got his salad after ten minutes and the other person did not get his pizza. Ten minutes later I told the server that a good restaurant should serve both persons at the same time. He responded: âWe make salads in advance and the pizza we need to make.â Awful service.After we finished eating nobody came with the check so after some time waiting we went inside to pay.This staff needs some serious training. Hello and thank you for your feedback! We are really sorry about your last visit. We can understand your annoyance very well and would like to apologize on behalf of the team. Our team is getting a bit younger lately but this shouldn`t be an issue, of course, so your review will be discussed at our next staff meeting. The food is amazing, no matter what you choose, with even plentiful vegetarian and some vegan options while the beer selection is quite large for just a restaurant.The staff is very friendly and professional. The wait is a bit longer, so don't think that you've walked into a fast food place, even if their burgers are featured on every table around you.Reservations not needed, but highly recommended, especially around lunch and dinner time.Prices may be a bit on the high side, relative to its location, but it's well worth it.

There are restaurants and there are top restaurants, and the Mak is clearly running not for the no. 2 spot in Slovenia. Here you experience everything that goes with it, from a creative firework that lights like the bacon on the bread sticks you start with up to the wine cellar, the ceremonial, the multitude of courses that you will experience without leaving the restaurant feeling filled.David VraÄko is called the âRocker Chefâ, and he is special even compared to his colleagues which are a special type of mankind in general. The guests experience this with a much higher presence of him around the table, with an intensive dialogue and the feeling that the meal is completely directed by his intentions. Do not plan to finish an important multimillion dollar deal after the fifth course because he will focus all your intention on that specially selected piece of food that he found out yesterday could be prepared in an innovative new way you would not have imagined on your menu during your whole life. Not that this restaurant is all show. In the contrary, the service only supports the inspirations of the chef. But give them the air in your mind to develop and grow, and leave the daily business for the next morning.A chef to be followed. The 21st century has just started, and he is just starting to unfold.
