The place is very special: it looks like somebodies house. The staff very friendly and helpful. The only waiters we found that spoke various languages, other than russian. I went to Troika Restaurant my first night in St Petersburg, it was a very fun restaurant, the show was very entertaining. Most of the dishes were good, the Olivier salad was delicious! good service. Had a very nice lunch here today. It has a wide menu but many of the dishes are just a variation so itâs not as wide as it looks but it was very good. Lovely service.

Some food was good, some was ok.But one of the main Georgian dishes - the shishlik, was bad. Overcooked and burned. Accidentally popped into this Georgian restaurant while meandering in the city. The waiters found a table for us at a busy Friday night even though we did not reserve one. Decor is cozy and service is great. This is the first Georgian meal for us and every dish is amazing. Lamb khinkali is the Central Asian version of xiao long bao with equally juicy filling. The lamb shashlik is crispy outside and tender inside. The homemade wine is also unmissable. Price is very reasonable. In general, Ethnos is an ideal place to sample the Georgian cuisine.
