Она представляет собой холл, в котором находятся два бильярдных стола и стойка бара (одновременно - администрация гостиницы), и 10 номеров различного класса. Это гостиница преимущественно для гостей, которые едут транзитом через Брянск, расположена она удобно для них - в непосредственной близости от развязки объездной дороги Брянска и трассы Гомель-Москва. Теперь подробнее о номере: в номерах минимум удобств - кондиционер, холодильник, ТВ, душ, туалет, кровать. В семейных номерах есть доп. место, которое, впрочем, не очень надежное. Персонал гостиницы внимателен и приветлив, готов при необходимости помочь. Из-за близости трассы спать приходится с закрытыми окнами, выручает кондиционер.
