This is a great spot in Central Ibarra, a block from Parque Pedro Moncayo to enjoy lunch, dinner, or just a drink and dessert. They have wonderful Tres Leche,Tiramisu, and other delights. It is an argentine syle restaurant, and worth a visit.

This place has very trendy but simple decor. Actually, that might be my favorite part about the restaurant. If I need a little visual relief from the chaotic streets of Ibarra, I land here at the wide wooden tables and linear accents. The pizza is not our favorite, but it is as good as other pizza places in Ibarra. The salads are a step above other salads--full of fresh ingredients that seem to be organic (perhaps?). The music is sometimes too loud, but it wouldn't be Ecuador if it wasn't, right? The owner and staff are attentive and personable. We will keep this restaurant on our list of monthly go-to eateries.

Vegetarian restaurant/cafe. Every day a different lunch focus (South American, Italian, Asian, Mexican, Deli). Vegan and Lacto desserts. Specialty teas, power shakes, veggie and fruit juices, fruit shakes. Free movie night the 1st 3 Fridays of the month.

if you are looking for a restaurant that serves quality, vegetarian food (and not forgetting, the ingredientes come from local bio farms...) than Annapurna is the place to be. Run by Sadhu and Noemi, owners that speak fluently English and Spanish. And... in need afterwards of a massage or yoga? They also own a beautiful yoga center.
