War positiv überrascht. Sehr nettes Lokal. Schön warm und modern eingerichtet. Könnten Auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Bedienung war freundlich aber sehr langsam. Es gibt nur ein Mittagsmenü. Könnten dann aber doch noch eine Vegetarische Variante erhalten. Das drei gängige Menü wird auf einmal auf einem Holztablett serviert. Zuerst dachte ich es ist schade weil der Hauptgang dadurch kalt sein würde, was nicht der Fall war. Komme sich noch mal und werde es mir auch am Abend ansehen.

We were here first time in 2005 until now...quality and service always good. ( some new waiter or waitress still not in a good service as it could be ) In summer is nice to sit on terrace and looking around during enjoy a meal. All are ok but oftenly happened that no any new interesting menus on the list. If they try to offer more often new menus to searve customer, I think, we could more visit.

Holzfällersteak very very good due to the speck produced in steyr amazing. Klare Rindsuppe MIT Frittaten also awesome. Beautiful view. Out of town but a must.

We had dinner at this local restaurant and the meal was fantastic. Hubby had the steak and I had goulash with chocolate cake for dessert. The owner and his "Chef" wife, Maria, were so welcoming and friendly and we met a lovely couple who live in the area. The food is outstanding and very well prepared, wait staff are attentive and friendly as well. The wines are amazing and we had several tastings suggested by the owner. His Austrian dishes have an Italian flair that makes them so unusual and delicious. Wines are both from Austria and Italy. We did not have a reservation but Maria was kind and suggested we sit at the bar. I would strongly suggest a reservation. A charming and delicious restaurant and I would highly recommend!

Located in an almost hidden street about 5 min from the church you then have to walk down some stairs to access it. Like every hidden treasure it is worth the search. The service is quick and friendly. You feel like sitting and eating in a living room. The food is delicious, very reasonably priced and the quantities are borderline crazy. I can only recommend you come hungry, very hungry. Very traditional and regional dishes, generously prepared. Take your time and enjoy.

Intentionally picked Minichmayr for the view. Had a colleague who is resident in Linz as a Fulbright Scholar come down.Within walking distance of the train station. Food includes seasonal specials. Great view!

I had a lunch with my local friend in La Galleria. She recommended the place and Lasagne, so I ordered it. I have to say that it is the most delicious lasagne I have ever eaten! You should definitely go to La Galeria if you are looking for a nice place to eat. :)

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and dined in the hotel restaurant. Due to the festive Christmas Markets in Steyr, and expected crowds, we had advance reservations. Our waiter was excellent and offered helpful suggestions. We wanted a hearty local meal since the temperature was cold. We chose a mixture of salads and the goulash. The waiter delivered a great bread basket and my wife had a glass of Riesling and I had a great Austrian beer. Everything was fantastic. I could have licked the skillet of goulash as it was very flavorful. One of the best dinners of our 14 day trip in Austria and Germany.Dear guest, thank you very much for your kind feedback. I m here righr now... I had a vegetable Vellutata mit air of something (delicious) and than a great schnitzel with boiled potatoes and an even better saladrecommendedthey were a little too slow but just because is very crowded... it means food is great
