We live so close to the Garden Kitchen Cafe and have visited many times and thought it time to write another review. First of all the staff - so accommodating to any particular taste/diet and always so friendly and cheery. Secondly the food is always freshly cooked, as local as possible and just simply great food. They stick to a small menu but there is always plenty of choice for all tastes. Good selection of wines and soft drinks and all very reasonably priced. Excellent meal tonight - two starters, mains and two rounds of drinks for £40. The pea and mint soup was a delight.

We have visited this lovely little cafe previously for breakfast so decided on a second visit and it is still a lovely little place. The waitresses are friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. Prices are good and the food and drinks are good quality. This is a great cafe if youâre after a pleasant breakfast in Wroxham.

We have been here before,never have wee been disappointed with food. I had sausage and mash with gravy.exalant value And taste.wife had bubble and squeak egg bacon that was exalant as well staff very attentive.will we go back yes just think its so 1940.there's a lot of places wood like to be a busy middle of week.so you must be doing something right.

Went there with 5 friends, so we did reserve a table just in case. I think that most had the platters which were excellent and some had the biggest scotch egg Iâd seen Good service and fairly priced. Would recommend

This is at least our second visit to this wonderful little cafe. Luckily on each occasion we have managed to get a table although you can get food to take away and eat on the beach. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food first class. My crab burger was brilliant and the chips first rate. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Top notch example of a typically quirky British cafe.

Stopped at Ludham on our Broads trip and walked up into the village looking for shopping. Happened on the Alfresco just at coffee time and had an excellent mid-morning break here. Friendly greeting, good coffee, excellent scone and good cake. Well worth the walk up from the river.

We were booked a table for 10 and received excellent service from Holly. Most of us had the fish and chips - which were brilliant! Better than a chippy. We had a couple of vegans with us and they were also well looked after. We will be back! Thanks Holly.

Have been here before a while ago. Service slow tea coffee slow to arrive.by the time food arrived very hungry what a disappointment tough beef veg alldenty under cooked for me. Yorkshire pudding tough.shame as this means we not go back still after Christmas. garden centre very good.expect response will have some excuse,so it be customers fault.Thank you for taking the time to review us.Our Sunday roasts are very popular so I'm sorry you did not enjoy yours.Regarding vegetables these are cooked fresh to order so if you had mentioned to your server that you prefer yours soft then we could have cooked them more for you. This cafe, to which we were introduced, has prove a delight for light lunches, enough for several visits. The welcome is warm and friendly, the menu imaginative and the coffee is some of the best around. My wife and I love the wraps and filled baguettes so much we've promised ourselves a return visit to sample the more substantial fare, probably the omelettes.It's such a gem we're hesitant to tell too many people in case it becomes too popular (if that makes sense).
