I've passed by this place several times over the last 8 years when visiting Nicaragua but it was just last week that I stopped in. I had the Caribbean salad and was amazed! It was absolutely delicious!!! In addition to the great salad, the service was excellent as well! Cafe du Parc will definitely be a regular stop for me in the future. I was also surprised that the prices were moderate too.

Of recent, Masaya has opened Kaffe Cafe. A classy place with beautiful ambiance. It is located right in front of central park. Don't confuse it with the other coffee places. This is a restaurant for dining and relaxing. Michael our waiter was courteous, efficient, kind, and friendly. The prices were good. The Beef and chicken were prepared to perfection. The french fries were not great nor was the simple salad. They need to improve upon their side dishes, add more taste and variety. Great selection of desserts, coffees, and a bar, along with clean bathrooms, great tables and beautiful decor..I didn't give it a 5 because I know their Chef can improve upon the food!

Excellent service. The menu is extensive but we were unwell so requested they make a special meal, which they willingly did. Great coffee and breakfast the second day too.
