Friendly staff. Says opens at 6pm but we went from noon until 3pm on a Tuesday and there were other folk in too. They have 3 beer taps now (from Cherusker brewery of which there is it's own bar across the road) and they normally have bottles but none when we visited. Food was decent - filling and tasty. Music was good. Would come again as looks like could be decent in the evenings.

We wake up quite early to get started on adventure, so we ventured out of our hostal around 7:00 AM and this was one of the only places that was open. Their egg scramble with veggies is great and very filling. Their croissants are the best I've had in Ecuador (keep in mind that I am not at all comparing them to ones in Europe or the U.S. but only in Ecuador). They are flaky on the outside and soft on the inside and are served with mantequilla (butter) and marmalade (pineapple). All breakfast comes with jugo (juice) and your choice of coffee or hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is terrible - they use a powder and it's filmy, so I don't recommend it. I'm not sure if they use filtered water in their juices, and most places in Ecuador add extra sugar to their juices, so I ordered my meal "sin jugo" (without juice) so that I didn't waste anything.

We wanted to love it....because it has vegan food, but we will probably not return... We had the veggie burger and the garden salad. Neither one will bring us back here..Sweet environment....well the physical space...We are not super picky eaters, but the salad was basically greens....with a few little other items and vinegar.

Blah Blah Cafe makes the perfect after breakfast meal, for the regime of Hot/Cold dips in the Baños Weather you want something lite like a fruit, yogurt and granola bowl/glass or the Blah Blah breakfast which is quite a meal in itself, especially if you add one of their Bomb pancakes to the mix... but beware this option has the ability to put you into a food coma especially after a hot cold bathâs of Termas el Salado... excellent food

This is inside a famous luxury hotel in Baños. The "campus" is beautiful. Hotel looks high class. The cafe also has the most beautiful vista of Baños.Yet the cafe is really really lousy. Minimalist menu, not many choices. The staff is not capable. They don't even know much about their menu. Food is below standard. Service is slow and low quality. Without the vista, there's nothing worthwhile.

Stopped by this place at lunch and ordered a cream cheese bagel and choc chip pancakes to share. Food was amazing and big portions! I had a jungle juice which was so fresh and tasty. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. A nice treat if you are tiring of South American food. Would definitely recommend!
