The menu is mainly Chinese food. The food is cooked fresh and is served with the sauce on the side which is a nice touch. I can recommend the chicken with bamboo shoots and noodles with a peanut sauce and chicken with mushrooms. The buffet looked nice but decided to order off the menu.

Restaurant Yangtse is located in Chinon Centre mall in Hofheim am Taunus, half an hour from Frankfurt. Good, pleasant decor, and ambiance. Food is good, not fine dining but a good experience nevertheless. `All you can eat` can be a tricky offer but the quality here is quite good. An Ipad is used to select dishes, every 15 minutes. It took us a couple of visits to get the hang of it, but we have been back :)

Good quality Sushi, better than I had in Frankfurt for this price. I visited this restaurant already more then ten times. Every time the Sushi is very fresh and good quality. Better than I've seen almost everywhere else. Didn't have the other dishes, (rice or noodles, duck or fish). It's a small restaurant, more like a diner, in the middle of the shopping street in Hofheim. Here you can have a good quality healthy lunch for 7,- euro's, soup and green tea included.

Priceworth Thai diner (dishes 6-12 Eur), also take-out. Place for young people to go. The food looks healty and fresh. Meat, fish and vegan. They have a beergarten in the middle of the Hofheim shopping street.

The location is pretty central a small bistro with few tables if you are coming during peak hours you might have to expect some waiting and evening it might be good idea to reserve a table. Otherwise you can enjoy your meal at the bar area.The best Thai food in Hofheim city, it means that flavor is closer to my expectation of Genuine Thai food. This said I have to comment on the execution of the dish and spite the good flavor. Too sloppy veggies doesn't help and over cooked rice. These two factors was very close to tip my review to 3* but I think the overall was great and will be heading back another time to try to see if this was a single incident.If you want to have Thai while you are in town this location isn't bad and you will get a good meal within a reasonable price range. Approx 10 EUR incl. a beverage. Portion is big enough for most people.

As the title suggests...no doubt the food is well prepared and fresh, however, it is expensive and portions are small, very small compared to competitors. The latter is what may lead to the high price because I do not believe there are other sushi locations nearby, so supply and demand may be a factor...they seem to be the only ones that are in position to supply the demand in a 6-8 Km radius. I for one would go back if the prices were a bit lower considering the portions, in summary, if I can go to the mall just 6 kms away, eat cheaper, with larger portions, and similar quality, why go to Hamon? That's my motivation and unfortunately, despite the good food, it is not enough motivation to go back, sorry!
