Duiven ( pronunciation (help·info)) is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. Duiven's name can be translated into English to mean "pigeons" or "doves". Although the coat of arms and logo of the municipality feature pigeons, the name is etymologically related to "dunes" (Dutch: duinen). The flag of the municipality of Duiven was granted and adopted on 25 June 1954.

Just away from the town centre and close to the river, so a very nice spot. Enjoyable meal with a mix of Indonesian dishes and friendly, helpful staff. The only down side was the slow service.

We took a buffet meal on a Sunday evening. The price of 14,95 is ok for what you get. Children pay 8,95 and this includes a very generous serving of icecream. When we were asked what we wanted to drink (not included in the price) we asked or Spa Rood. However, the waiter offered us free water from the tap. This doesn't happen very often in a Dutch restaurant.

I loved this restaurant and its food! We had 3 course chef's menu. Everything was amazingly tasty. The service was impeccable and the selection of wine really good. I will definitely come back.

This place has good and affordable sushi. Nothing is outstanding, but everything is pretty decent. Compared to other sushi places I would pick this one because you get good value sushi. The service is not really fast, but if you are not in a rush it is fine. Refills for drinks sometimes take a while.

A great choice for dinner when visiting Arnhem. Authentic Indonesian food and fine portions. Service-friendly and chilled atmosphere, so be prepared to enjoy the food for some time - not the place for people in a hurry.The restaurant is also situated close to the Sonsbeek park, which makes it a good choice for lunch as well.

In Arnhem city centre, close to the main bus station (Willemsplein), there is this modest but lovely and excellent Indian restaurant. Dishes are freshly cooked to order. We had a chicken thali and a lamb thali. They could have been a bit spicier, but their flavour was fantastic. Service is friendly and prices are pleasant.

Relaxte sfeer, ondanks dat het druk was, geen herrie. Iedere x iets proeven en ik vond bijna alles lekker. Bediening snel en vriendelijk. Ruime keuze, zowel van de kaart als van het buffet. Sushi was vers en koel. Vorige x hadden ze sojabonenijs, was heel apart, best lekker. Nu was er cocosijs en Ferrero rocher ijs. Oei wat lekker!

Tot nu altijd tevreden, maar dit keer lange wachttijd bij het afhalen. 19:00-19:10 werd gezegd, maar 19:35 hadden we nog niets. We hadden al eens gevraagd, maar een stoicijnse reactie was alles wat we kregen.Over een paar maand proberen we het weer eens en beoordelen we weer.

Hello all,Been there in March'18.We loved it.For the families is super!If you come just 2 of you or only adults,you will be fine in the adult areas.The zones are well thought through and you don't see screeming kids running around. Why?They are all downstairs in the play room or their own cinema room.As to the food,it's fresh and diverse. From meet to sea food ,fresh fruit,lots of salads,the desert area is also fabulous with chocolate fountains and cakes,frozen yoghurt. The stuff is super friendly ,all is clean,dishes are cleaned up fast.All in all-success ! The only thing you have to remember:if you like the restaurant with super tiny space and 5 tables-this is not a place for you. Its big open space with lots of tables.We didn't find it bad as all the tables are set in a different areas and you actually have the privacy you need.Go and try,you won't be disappointed!!!

I went here with a friend of mine. It's not located at a hotspot. If you're gonna eat here it's because you know it's there or by luck you pass it. For me it was the last reason. There's a relaxed atmosphere. Colourful decorated. The got Indonesian food. You'll get just the wright portions!! They were delishes. The flavours are just good...I forgot the name but I really loved the typical desert. It's made of coconutmilk, Palm sugar, jackfruit and something more. Soyasprouts... Something with soya, haha.You can order, meat, fish and vegetarian.They got special drinks, not the typical brands. The soda with roseleaves was good .
