We didn't book but simply went, with 6. I liked everything : the cosy dark wooden interior, the appetizer, the tasteful yet very tender lamb padang currry, the jasmin rice, the Chile merlot, the reasonable bill, the mint chocolate, and above all the welcoming staff : we love so much what you're doing, we can't wait to be back!Wow - thank you for your review. Our team work hard to deliver the most delicious authentic Thai experience outside of Thailand. They will be delighted to hear such wonderful feedback. I am happy to hear that you appreciated our traditional Thai interior imported from Thailand, as well as our food and service! We hope to welcome you again soon in Baan Thai. A big Khap Khun Ka (thank you) from the team at Baan Thai Ballsbridge.

The manager tried to seat us in the noisy, stifling back corner by the kitchen despite the availability of several better tables, and I’m sorry to say that I think it was because we were a party of two women. A little assertiveness got us a better table, though, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the Chaat for Two, Butter Chicken, and the melt-in-your-mouth bread basket. Best meal we had while vacationing in Dublin. Hi connielZ1552SX, Thank you for your feedback after your recent visit to Pickle, we are so glad that you enjoyed your meal.We hope to see you again soon.Warm regards,Pickle

Stumbled across this on our first night and so enjoyed the food, staff and proximity to our accommodation that we ate here last night too. Suggest making a reservation and if you arrive early there is a reduction in the price. It was very noisy on the Friday but the food and happy diners made it great.PatriciaWhat a lovely review. Its always wonderful when we see that we were a significant part of someones Dublin holiday. Thank you for both of your visits and also thank you for taking the time to share the love here on TA!

Went to Taza on Sat after be planning to visit for ages due to all the great reports. Called on the day and were lucky to get a cancellation. Food did not disappoint. We had the sharing starter which was really good, would have liked some more sauces with it but meat were full of flavour. For mains I had the lamb shank, waitress warned it was spicy and it certainly was, really enjoyed it. Wife had prawn korma and loved it. A really great addition to the area and can’t wait to come back and try some of the other dishes. Service was excellent and great buzz in the place. My only complaint was my wife order a side of chips with her main and I couldn’t believe it when we got the bill as we were charged €6 for a small bucket of chips which were mainly bits of grease which we couldnt eat. How anyone could charge €6 for a portion of chips is beyond me and this should be looked at.
