We enjoyed a very tasty and nicely-presented breakfast here. The service was friendly and the food was up to expectations. Not perhaps the cheapest breakfast in Staines, but probably one of the best. I had the 'Full Yard' and my companion had 'Eggs Royale'. The only criticism I could make is that the 'Full Yard' would benefit from having an extra slice of sourdough toast included in it, but that's because I like lots of toast with a breakfast. The 'herby' sausages and 'homestyle' baked beans were very enjoyable, but they did make for rather a musical afternoon later......

Letâs be honest. It is rare to get good food in an airport so expectations are generally low. It had been a while since visiting Plane Food... for good reason. Wagamama had a queue I couldnât be bothered with. I now know to go hungry. Caesar salad was just about passable however the curry was a lesson in blandness. Iâm not sure how Jamie managed this masterpiece. I am convinced itâs frozen chicken microwaved, a-la Asda microwave curries. It wasnât awful, or even bad,just very underwhelming. To add injury to insult I got the bill, after a 10min wait and had no time to question the optional 4 pounds service charge. A lost customer. Visited while staying in Staines. Ordered the rocket man burger with cheese and truffle fries. Ordered through app. Only had one drink as would have to go up to counter to order another or order through app again. Burger was great. The chips werenât to my taste covered in a very runny bland cheese type sauce. Without this would have been nice
