Reviewed By paulfeelyTurned up late and the couple were very accommodating and gave me a free drink. Room was decent size, bed was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Close to the M25 and Heathrow. Free parking so overall no complaints. The couple running it have not long taken it over so if they keep smiling they should do well

COMPLETE SHAMBLES AND CON!
Reviewed By Benjamin TAbsolute Con! I have booked to stay here in July to take my sister to Thorpe park, little did I know that she and her partner would have to be 25 or over to occupy the room. The premises asked identification of all guest which wasn’t very clear though Booking.com. I wasn’t aware that the accommodation was a shared bathroom with other residents. I most certainly wouldn’t have booked knowing this alone as I like my own space regarding this department. There was no option to book with a free cancellation. So I feel this is a good money maker for both RC rooms and Booking.com. I have contacted both RC rooms and Booking.com less than 24 hours after making the booking to cancel as I did not agree with their stringent terms and conditions and did not trust they would try and swindle me for deposit money. I wasn’t able to provide ID for everyone in my party, leaving me stuck moving forward. The woman from RC rooms was very rude when contacting her by phone and hung up the call. It seemed at the time that she had done this before, but looking at the reviews on trip advisor I was not wrong. Reading other reviews I can now see this property has more issues with it and I do not trust both RC rooms and booking.com to assure a smooth stay and therefore will not be staying here and sadly have lost my money to RC rooms and trust to booking.com I cannot stress enough to AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Guest accommodation with airport transfers and long-term holiday parking. 17th-Century cottage in village setting, offering accommodation of a degree beyond that of many hotels, with all the comfort and simplicity of home. We offer guest accommodation with airport transfers and long-term holiday parking for holiday makers and business travellers. Ideally situated for London Heathrow Airport (Terminals 4&5 - 5min and Terminals 1,2&3 - 10min away), and yet not under the flightpath. Each one of our rooms is double with king size bed or twin and complete with tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, colour LCD TV and free access to wireless fibre optics broadband, as well as being individually furnished to an exceptional standard with pure cotton bedlinen and towels.

Perhaps we were just very unlucky , but we found the room grubby, with clear evidence of previous occupants use, in both bathroom and bedroom. Alan reluctantly agreed that it was dirty, and although he didn't apologise, he did offer us a full refund and told us that we could go elsewhere. Finally, we accepted an alternative room at this late stage in our journey. The following morning en route to the airport, Alan appeared angry with us, he drove at frightening speed, and ignored all our attempts at conversation. On return Alan was prompt to collect us and chatted normally. A very mixed experience!

hard to recommend
Reviewed By Dannyniuhard to recommend because we didn't stay. They told us to cancel the booking because under25s are not permitted. A strange and age-ist policy. They also barrage you with several emails a week asking you to sign their terms/conditions and upload your passport to their system..it really makes things needlessly diffiucult - when one books an airport hotel, they are seeking convenience I strongly advice them to change their approach.
