We have used Krakow Travel Time for a transfer from Krakow to Zakopane and then back to Krakow. Information were very clear from the first email exchange, they answered all of our questions quickly. Drivers were extremely kind and professional. Vans were clean and spacious. Reasonable price, taking into account the long transfer time. It is possible to pay cash or by card. Highly recommended.

Dear traveler, from March 2020 there is a new law in Auschwitz-Birkenau and booking with a lot of time in advance is the only way to be sure about going on this tour. Buying the ticket directly there is almost impossible. Please, note that the time can be changed (even a few hours)

Very good service and a meaningful trip. The only thing is when you do the tour with a guide and with a transfer you don't have time to take a little break between the camps or to have a look in the museumshops. We had just 10 min to go to the toilet. Me personally would have preferred 20 min till half an hour. For the rest I highly recommend this trip!

Excellent in all regards and highly reccommended: Organization: Very friendly communication, quick response time, good and helpful detailed explanations (really answering questions and not only standard copy-paste texts), easy and simple booking process (link & paypal payment). Driving: Friendly, careful and extremely helpful driver (beyond driving gave good explanations of the tour, kindly walked us inside the buildings to show where to go exactly), spacious modern and luxurious car, great service (free water bottles, masks if needed).

He was prompt collecting us from the apartment, and he had a unique knowledge of his city and homeland. Alek added considerable value to the trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, and was very patient with our granddaughter. On the following day he drove us to the Salt Mines in very difficult weather conditions . On the last day he took me to the shooting range, and afterwards showed me the picturesque lake and facilities of Krakow Bagry. Both his reliability and dependability ensured that our trip to Krakow was a complete success. We would highly recommend the company he works for namely 'Welcome in Krakow'. We hope to return to the city and avail ourselves again of the company's and Alek's expertise. Brilliant!

Such a humbling experience to visit, although was a key reason why we visited Krakow. So much of it is left to see & the feeling of walking through the gas chamber was eerie. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. We appreciated her knowledge & pace of the tour. There were a number of times where we were asked to be respectful & remain silent in certain parts, which really made me think about what happened there. Whilst what happened there was tragic, the tour and information was fantastic. It was split across 2 separate sites & as we had our own transport we met our group at the 2nd site, without any issues. If you visit Krakow, this is a must trip! Given the history of this place, it wasn't quite what I expected. It was humbling & just made us appreciate life a bit more.

Would highly recommend these guys.. I dealt with Marcin via e-mail and text and he was very helpful and friendly during our stay, he kept us up to date daily with pick up times.. We booked airport transfers to and from the airport, the both camps and salt mines. Each pick up was on time with friendly drivers and clean cars. We will definitely yous these guys again on our next visit.
