Nice red brick lighthouse built in 1892. 21,5 metres high. The location is great and centrally placed with several hotels, restaurants and Promenade by it's doorstep. We try to visit most of the Lighthouses on the Polish Baltic coast, and this one is great as you'll visit one of the more beautiful small towns of the coast, Ustka.

Zagroda Sledziowa Herring Museum

After years of toil and effort to bring it back to life, we may now proudly welcome you to our Herring Museum and Bed & Breakfast. Since 2010, we have systematically renovated the house, dating back to 1902, and the mid-19th century farm. We had only one goal - to re-create the activity of the village of Starkowo and get the community of the Checkered-House Land involved. We have aimed at rebuilding the Farm to create a living document of the past: the families who lived here before us, the history of Starkowo and the vicinity of Ustka, and the people, so strongly dependent on the Baltic sea. And all that, combined with bringing back to life the old recipes (baked bread, smoked fish, fruit preserves) and with respect to the architectural heritage, in order to create a place for you to find refuge from the hustle and bustle of the everyday life. We invite you to visit the Herring Bed & Breakfast and enjoy herring in various guises.

The only drawback it's hard to get to. We took taxi. If you are biking it's a good stop for a lunch. Good selection of hearing - I guess you have to like it if not be open minded... Recommended...

Museum of Bread

Doskonała recepta na niepogodę, ale nie tylko. Naprawdę warto tutaj wstąpić by zaczerpnąć trochę historii i ciekawostek piekarniczo-cukierniczych.

Muzeum Figur Woskowych

We were extremely impressed with this wax museum.
The figures were realistic and the set up was well thought out with theme rooms and interesting decor.
The Pirates of the Caribbean room was very cool and a must see.
They have a few rooms with carnival type mirrors that kept the small kids busy for quite a while, plus you are able to dress up in supplied costumes for some of your own cheesy photos.
Details impress me and these guys did a great job.
The only thing noticeably missing was a gift shop.
