It is well located in the old city center in the main green belt from Lviv Opera House. It is beautiful sculptures and monument totaly different that manument in Krakow (Poland).

The statue is considered to be one of Odessa's main attractions. It stands at the Potemkin Stairs and looks over the harbor. Richelieu escaped the French Revolution, and remained Odessa's governor for 11 years. Please go near the statue and study its details. (It is worthwile to search for more information elsewere about the person.)

Absolutely worth a visit. Unbelievable to imagine the horrors that took place at this park in Kyiv during WWII. Parking was relatively easy and there is a metro stop nearby.

Take a walk passed all the Soviet era military vehicles to this huge impressive statue. The second World Monuments next to the statue are impressive.
