It is located in the southeast of the country, enjoying a long shoreline beside the Indian Ocean and sharing borders with three other provinces and the countries of Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho. Jackie at the spa was absolutely wonderful. One of the best spas in the world! Highly recommend. The stream shower is like heaven. Had a back neck and scalp massage, perfect pressure - lovely ritual at the start. Thank you for a lovely time.

I had a lovely back massage, nails and other spoils by the girls. Lisa, the owner, made me feel like a princess! A beautiful day spa that is highly recommended. There is a lovely outside area that has such a peaceful atmosphere. Cant wait for my next visit!

I was looking for new experiences while being in a new place for a few months. I thought yoga could be interesting to try and so I searched for a nearby studio. Gurucat was the first studio I came across and with reasonable rates so I gave my first class a try and loved it. The energy of each class is amazing and as a beginner, I felt so comfortable from my very first class. Would definitely go back there for classes when I am ever to find myself in Umhlanga again!

I honestly cannot rave enough about how amazingly skilled The Massage Guy - Durban is. Being a true massage connoisseur, having experienced massages in various cities around the world, I can quite confidently say that Lyle is hands down the cream of the crop, surpassing even my therapist back home in Canada who I always thought was the best I would find and some of the best therapists found in the top SPAs around Europe. So what makes The Massage Guy - Durban different you ask? Quite simply, it's everything from his passion, attention to detail, thoroughness in the way he skillfully works his magic over the entire body, being wonderfully intuitive to a person's body and what it needs most to feel relaxed and stress free. What's even nicer is that he offers treatment duration of up to 5hrs, this for me was something that put him on a different level to any other therapist I know. Although I only tried the 3hr session, due to time constraints on the day of my booking, I could quite easily see myself indulging in a 5hr session the next time I visit Durban. The time flew by so quickly, perhaps due to the beautiful combination of multiple massage styles and the different sensations the rendered. This is must have treat that any woman who truly loves and appreciates quality massages, should give herself. His prices are really good, in fact a little too low for his skill and experience levels in my opinion, so I would suggest adding a decent tip after your treatment to show your appreciation. It's not compulsory but is a lovely gesture to balance the scales of giving and receiving. It was truly a remarkable experience, I only wish that you were on my end of the world so that I could indulge in this magical treat more often! :)
