As North America’s northernmost large metropolis, Edmonton is a fascinating study in contrasts — a vibrant urban center in the heart of the wilderness. It’s a city that’s never been afraid to do things a little differently, as visitors discover through close encounters with free-roaming bison, a shopping mall that spans more than 48 city blocks, and a dynamic arts and culture scene that embraces more than 40 annual festivals, including the continent’s biggest and wildest Fringe Theatre Festival.

Zocalo is a colourful gift, flower and plant gallery with a fun espresso bar in Edmonton's Little Italy. Find creative florals, surprises to share, and fun home ideas in an artsy oasis. Linger over a latte and treats at the harvest table, have fun shopping, and reinvigorate your giving and living.
Of course, you go to Zocalo for the bright ceramics, the wooden wonders, the greenhouse seating, but it’s their lattes that will lift your heart and put a spring in your step.

Family-owned and operated since 1928, United Sport & Cycle is a speciality sports store located in the heart of Edmonton. Their massive store is 110,000 square feet and houses gear, and experts, in over 30 sports. Start off your experience, like many do, by taking a picture outside with their giant replica Stanley Cup. Then, come inside and see various sports memorabilia and collectibles from the last 100 years displayed in their store. Rent one of their bikes and go for a cruise in the nearby river valley with its many bike paths and single track trails. This is your sports store.

Western Canada's Largest Vintage & Antique Mall! Over 27,000 square feet of amazement! Two full floors of vintage, mid-century modern, antique and primitive pieces. Furniture, jewelry, home decor, design, sports memorabilia, vintage games, vinyl LPs. Plan to spend a few hours; you're going to need it! As seen on Amazing Race Canada, Season 7, Episode 3!
I have purchased multiple items from Andre at the Old Strathcona Antique Mall. He's very welcoming and friendly. There's a huge selection of items and I will definitely purchase more in the future!
