Very professional skincare salon that you would not regret to visit. Beauty therapists are all well trained with high service standard, and very caring. They will analyze your skin and give you accurate diagnosis, then propose what is needed. They are never pushy and focus on goodness for customers. Excellent service and good.Upon arrival we are warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Their ginger tea serving is great and the spa is beatifully relaxing with the calming scent.My therapist did concentrate on my concerns mainly on my shoulders,professional and excellent massage techniques.Highly recommend Natureland at Chijmes and definitely be back.

I hadn't gone to facial for a very long time because of some bad experience in the past. But recently I felt that I need to care for my skin condition more as age is catching up on me. I like that this salon gave me a very homely feel and that they really dont hardsell me. They were very throughout in analysing my skin and only recommending me what I need. During the session, it was so comfortable that I fell into a deep sleep. It was such a therapeutic experience! I highly recommend the salon and am looking forward to my next session with them. :)

From the moment i sent them an email,all the resposes always nice and informative. Book an appointment for me and my friend by email was easy without problems. We came 20 minutes earlier because we both want to try sauna and steam room, after that our first therapist for body massages (Miss Peni and Miss Ethel, they were both really nice ! ) took us to our treatment room, the room is clean , smells nice and feels like home. Body massages was so relaxing , we both feeling refreshed :) then, our second treatment which is facial (miss ashley and miss stela , also really nice ) did our facials and the facial is world class, and as relaxing as a massage. The hospitality service is excellent. Their front desk & treatment staff are all very well trained and professional. Thank you and we will come back for sure :)
