Cherkasy (Ukrainian: Черка́си, pronounced [tʃɛrˈkɑsɪ]; Polish: Czerkasy), or Cherkassy (Russian: Черка́ссы [tɕɪrˈkasɨ]), is a city in central Ukraine.
