Takemori is a small chain of Japanese-themed restaurants in Indonesia and this outlet in Cirebon is run independently from the Aston hotel in which it is located (entered via the ground floor). Meals in the Takemori restaurant have to be paid for separately and cannot be added guests' Aston Hotel bills.We ate dinner there twice. It was noteworthy that there was no wine list (just some sake choices and a 'Hobson's choice' of one type of red wine); but you could order drinks in from the hotel lobby bar to be served at your table. So we ordered wine off of the Aston's lobby cafe list and had it served in the restaurant: settling two separate bills at the end. Yes, that's confusing and it is an area where hotel and restaurant should collaborate effectively for the benefit of guests' convenience.The restaurant does a stable of Japanese basics but also some innovations (and a small list of Korean dishes). Their speciality is shabu-shabu and the restaurant does this exceptionally well. Flavoured miso stock into which are placed remarkably fresh and authentic vegetable ingredients: on offer are choices of wagyu steak; aged Australian steak; seafood and chicken. it is great fun and done really well. We had the wagyu, twice, and it was excellent. Guests can prepare their shabu to their own taste (being offered pots of crushed garlic, radish; red and green chilli).On our first meal there the head chef (an Indonesian) was present and his tempura batter (on prawns) was faultless and as good as it gets. Another time, when he wasn't there, a sous-chef recreated the dish in a way that was not bad - for Japanese food in Indonesia - but not as good.Scallops on silken tofu with nori seafood were excellent and very well presented and flavoured. A crab salad was exceptionally fresh and tasty.Less successful was an innovative idea of teriyaki pizza. The pizza wasn't bad (but not great: overcooked on the bottom but doughy and undercooked above) but the kitchen drizzled the beef in lots of tomato ketchup: a crime against food! Better execution and more restraint and this could be a winning dish.Shabu shabu is the thing to have here. It is noteworthy that the service is very good (and better actually than the hotel in which this outsourced restaurant sits). Since there are *very few* sit-down, western style dining venues in Cirebon, this is a great choice for expats from Jakarta; or tourists visiting Cirebon

This restaurant has been delivered good services so far. We dont have to wait ages for the food, quite fast delivering the order. Taste good and vary. Suitable for family lunch or dinner. Reasonable price and accepted payment with cash or card.

Tempat makan ini menawarkan berbagai menu. Tori katsu Don merupakan ayam goreng yang berada dalam mangkuk. Ayamnya digoreng dengan tepung dan dibentuk pipih selanjutnya dipotong. Selain ayam, sayuran, bawang dan telur yang berada di mangkuk tersebut. Rasanya enak meskipun terasa agak asin. Cumi goreng kering rasanya gurih, renyah dan nikmat. Asem asem iga terasa enak dan nikmat.

Tempat nya chozy, dingin banget... begitu masuk perasaan udah ga di Cirebon, wangi aroma daging terbakar nya bikin ngiler....Daging BBQ nya buanyak jenisnya, bisa pilih paketnya, dengan tambahan biaya dikit bisa refill kl perutnya masih nampung...Kuah shabu nya mantep, ada original n tom yam... pilihan shabu nya buanyak... Side dish kaya casava, nasi goreng, spagetty, japanese soup, n pastry dessert nya juga buanyak... ada ice cream juga buat anak2...Pokoknya recomended, worthed lah dengan uang yg kita keluarkan... Pokoknya siapin perut yg kosong buanget, n jangan kalap...

Sesuai dengan judul nyaa buat yang nyari tempat babakaran yang asik di cirebon ini diaa salah satunyaa yang gw rekomendasiin, kalian bisa babakaran daging sendiri dengan suasana korea yang buat kita betah.. Dah gitu yang punyaa nyaa ramah dan baek banget coi.. Oh iyah disini jg ada daging yg non halal nya guys alias daging babi nya yg super ajip.. Harga = 30-35rb
