Comfortable night’s stay
Reviewed By meinirannStayed here for one night when travelling from Austria to Dunkirque. It was a comfortable night’s stay. The rooms are nice - comfortable and a decent size. My room (332) was quiet and I had a peaceful night’s stay. BBC1 is available on the massive flat screen tv in the bedroom, so there was something reasonably decent to watch for entertainment (although ITV, C4 or E4 would have been better). Better than just having BBC World News all the time. I had an evening meal at the restaurant. There wasn’t much of a choice, but the food I did have (chicken and mushroom risotto) was very nice. Not much of a choice of drinks (a dessert wine would have been nice), and the waiters weren’t very attentive (would have been nice to have been asked if everything was alright, and offered more drinks rather than having for a waiter to be nearby and call out to them, which I don’t like doing), but at least food and drink was available, which is what I needed after a long day of travelling from the Salzburg area. It’s perfectly fine as a stopover hotel.

Reviewed By renzel1975Good for a stop over we spent the night of 23rd and the night of the 28th April there it's clean, staff were very nice rooms ain't the biggest but it's an ibis you know what your getting. Breakfast was very good and the bar was cheerful don't do evening meals but some bar snacks like pizza not much in surrounding area but was fine for what we needed

Much more than a classic hotel and conference center, the OFF has about 28 bedrooms including 2 suites. Our Deluxe rooms & Suites are all equipped for your short and long stays. "Quiet", "Design" & "Comfortable" does describe best your stay @ the OFF. Between Overijse and Wavre, this Out of the box Venue is located in the middle of the nature at only 20 minutes from Brussels, Leuven and Zaventem airport.
Quiet, classy, with good food and friendly staff
Reviewed By eloyr815I spent a night at OFF hotel and it was just perfefct. They upgraded us because there weren't a lot of guests. Nice. We chose the place for its location (very quiet), but also because it offered catering despite the Corona restrictions. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and there was a lot. I mean: a lot. Good wine too and at a bargain. Breakfast is included and it's absolutely worth it. Contact with the staff was also smooth. In short: this is a very good place to escape the current pandemic.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is always welcome. I had a peaceful night’s sleep. Nice breakfast in the morning. A few hot items available, as well as continental. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay a few nights on business

Although not specifically catering to business people (desk in the room was small and poorly illuminated, not many electrical outlets), the facility was very good, with Nico as a great host, good wifi, ample parking space, easy to find and to get to and a good price. It could use a little refreshment here and there (bathroom a little old, room furniture is rickety), but overall a great place to stay for a few days. Traffic can be challenging in the morning.

Reviewed By Marc845I checked in and checked out within an hour. It genuinely was really bad accommodation. All the reviews on here that describe the poor accommodation and standards are 100% correct. The only positive thing I can say is that young ladies at reception were very nice and helpful in organising a taxi for me to move to a different hotel.
