After being shown to our seats, it took another ten minutes before being given a menu. As soon as we received the menu we were asked about drinks, without having any time to what was on offer. Then another ten minutes past before our food order was taken. The menu is average, full of meat and very little options for vegetarians - vegan, forget about it! Once our food arrived we were left alone, no staff seemed interested in us and we had to chase them for the bill. Thank you for your words, your opinion is very important to us. Service staff was quick and ready to take your order. The kitchen staff was inconsistent and had horrible timing. My calamari and shrimp was brought out first and over 20 minutes ahead of the rest of my party. They can handle hamburgers but the order of zuchinni fritters came out twice undercooked. We finally settled on Shopska salad. The location is noisy, dusty and the restrooms are very hard to find and dirty. The prices are out of line for what you get. This restaurant overlooking the port of Varna has always been a fancy place - convenient location, beautiful views 24/24, parking available. Food was excellent - everything was fresh, tasty and nicely presented. Great choice of sea food, mainly from Greece. A decent wine list, although overpriced, but the latter is also valid for the food in Captain Cook. The service was good, but not impressive. All above is spoiled by smoking. Despite the fact that smoking is forbidden in restaurants in Bulgaria, clients here can smoke if they wish. And many of them do. If you want to show off or need to be seen, that's the place. They have the tastiest burgers ever. Salads are great. Grilled calamar is delicious. Desserts exceeded our expectations. I also recommend their special cocktails, the one with berries was the best cocktail in my life. Apart from awesome food, they have a sophisticated design and really friendly atmosphere. Absolutely adorable place.
