Wow- was this good. I am not even the biggest steak eater but it melted in my mouth and I know that it would be triple or quadruple the price in the U.S.- Monaco or Hyde Park level prices. This is located in a a multi restaurante plaza that looks like one big restaurant so make sure to step through to the wood plaque sign on the inside. What is also interesting is this tucked in the middle of nowhere. I honestly could not tell you how to get there but that is ok..ask the locals if they know where the El Trapiche centro de comercio is. Supposidly this building is a converted sugar cane drying barn. Not sure how true that is or if it was just named the same word for said drying facility. Anyway, asking locals where to go is the Colombian version of GPS. Basically you ask until you run into whatever you are looking for!I would love to see if GPS even works in the convoluted streets of Colombia.Anyway, it is worth the effort to find it!There is an outdoor bar area but it is technically another establishment. I am not sure how they manage this in Buga but they have mastered the art of good ventilation. So the inside is usually more comfortable than the outside eating.Buscando carne rico en Buga? Pues, es tiempo para conocer este restaurante hace pronto. Para 30mil pesos puede disfrutar comida riquisima!

If you travel with family or solo this is the place for an amazing sunday lunch. I went with my mom on a family trip to Buga and we absolutely loved every single detail in our experience!!.The menu offers a wide variety of options among ceviches, spicy flavors and high quality ingredients. The range of prices goes from $6 USD to $25 USD maximum. The mood in general is quite calm surrounded by nature if you prefere or inside an small room with air conditioner, it is up to you! . We preferred outside due to the weather during that day. Staff members are willing to fulfill your needs, good service, kindness and always pending of providing the customer a good time. In regards to the most important item, food not only tastes but looks good , shiny colors, rich mix of peruvian sauces, strong flavors and big portions (extra generous actually). We ordered 'trilogia marina' and 'corvina milagrosa' as we noticed there was a significant focus on fish products. In general,I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys local experiences, good food for reasonable prices and wishes to meet another perspective about Buga.
