The Leto Cafe is a absolute winner in my book. It is located an easy 12-minute walk from my hotel here in Kyzyl ( ÐЫÐЫР) and I have eaten here any times.In the U.S. we would call the Leto Cafe the Leto Cafeteria because that is exactly what it is. It is a cafeteria. You enter the Leto and head for a very long cafeteria line with a cashier at the end of the line. The cafeteria is very well stocked with many options. It is winter here and If you wish, you may check your coat when you enter.If you wish, you may also wear it and take it to your table. Personally I much prefer to keep my coat with me. The restrooms are clean and appear to be well maintained. There are wash basins outside of the restrooms if you only want to wash your hands.And the food is very good. The soup is hot. The vegetables are fresh. The cafeteria line servers are polite and helpful.
