Reviewed By KristofB145Let's start with the most exceptional thing, for me, the staff!! The staff is truly excellent. There is animation, a fair bit, not too much, not intrusive, just enough. It's organised and leaded by Momo, an energetic charismatic gentleman. He makes sure that everyone that want's to be active is suited for. Be it watervolleyball, darts, dancing, aqua fitness, ... I'm a hospitality guy, the professional kind, so I do care a lot how the service is going. And I must say, although not fluent in English, they are very fluent in service. Service wise I was always pleased to see Mahmut and Ali. True craftsmanship, always with a smile and very swift hospitality. The room was small but very modern, recently renovated without a doubt. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. The pool was more than big enough, all other accomadations were up to date. I have a hard time finding negative things to say about this hotel. The only negative thing I can think of is that it's addictive. I'll be back, I was there with my girlfriend, but I'm 100% sure I'll be booking a trip for all 4 of us coming March. Oh, did I tell you that a lot of the people who were there were people revisiting the place...? That says a lot. Don't doubt, have a nice stay at Doubletree By Hilton @ Bodrum. Enjoy!

Beach and pool area fab . Rooms huge and everything spotlessly clean . Bus 5 mins walk away , or reception would call a taxi , and there in minutes . What really made it for us was the room had been decorated at my husband’s request as it was our wedding anniversary. Flowers , towels in the shape of swans , wine and fruit . After a long journey it was wonderful to sit on the balcony at 1am overlooking the pool with a glass of red wine . Thank you all .

Reviewed By David HBeen to Turkey several times, this is honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Stayed here for 10 nights in September 2019. We are not a fussy couple but we like to get what we pay for and this hotel is a 2 star hotel at best! From the rooms to the food and drink is the worst we have ever had. Felt very let down by Jet2 who no longer go here i believe.

Reviewed By Christian FLiterally the worst 5-star I have ever stayed in, in fact worse than most of the 4-stars I've been. Even with great management it would still be pointless, because the layout of the place is catastrophic. Built on a steep hill down to the sea. The main hotel, meals etc are at the top, the pool is halfway down, the "beach" (if you can call it that) is at the bottom, and the rooms are spread out all over. So no matter where your room or apartment is, you have to walk long distances one way or the other, very unpleasant on the steep gradients, or take the buggies. Be prepared to carry your phone at all times, you'll need it to type in your room number to show the buggy drivers, because they don't understand English. I'm amazed this place is still open, I can't believe they haven't gone out of business yet. Would take too long to list everything that's wrong with the hotel, but just the layout is all you need to know.
