Pool entertainment during the day was a great experience, sweet party's, pool party's and plenty for the kids to get involved with. Huge variety of food during the day, if you want to Shop in the markets their is several outside on your door step ( recommend going in the day) Only even better if is nightime pool bar entertainment is a touch flat. Would like to see more shows like the Gala show.

Food is amazing and you can eat 24hrs a day if you like. Even room service is included The entertainment is first class, the animation team are especially great with our kids. Special mention to Tugce who our little girl loves. Thank you to everyone at Concorde Deluxe. We will be back for sure

Reviewed By AnnanandyfReturned from a brilliant family holiday. Hotel gorgeous. Pool amazing. Water slides fun for all ages. The beach and pier a nice change of scenery. Food had plenty of choice. Not always to my families taste but what can you expect in an huge hotel catering for a vast international audience. Some staff friendlier than others but all working really hard. Couldn’t all speak English - but that’s not a complaint, why should it be expected they can. If they couldn’t help they asked someone who could. Rooms very clean and pleasant. Top tips - avoid the main restaurant at peak times, it did become very busy. I found other guests to be pretty rude at times. No real family entertainment on a Saturday and Tuesday so plan evenings out for those days ideally. Sunday night circus show was the highlight of the shows without doubt. Get flavoured ice cream between 3-6pm from patisserie cafe at top of quiet pool. Yes there were some minor annoyances like No snack food at the pool or drinks service in restaurant (unless you called already busy staff members over and directly asked) but for price I paid it exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend to everyone unless you expect to be waited on hand and foot (I for one didn’t).

Reviewed By KayleighASThis hotel was lovely, we spent ten days here. The food was similar each day however delicious so we didn’t get tired of it. The hotel is relatively tidy however there are a couple of areas where there is room for improvement (overgrown weeds surrounding the small Children’s play area is just one example). What made this visit so special for us was the staff, they all go above and beyond and they all seemed delighted each time they made my children laugh or smile, whilst all the staff have been amazing I would like to give a special mention to Melissa, Mert, Sehrat, Ali, and the all of the team at the snack bar both day and night, also the magnificent entertainment team, Julia and Alex were both amazing, my children really believe they will be your friends for life, our holiday has been relaxed but also packed full of fun. We will miss your smiling faces everyday. Also I must mention the lovely photography team, as a mum of 3 very little ones I really struggle to capture those special memories but we have left with over 200 beautiful pictures and I’m present in them which is very rare as I’m normally the one snapping pictures of them making memories.
