Very nice restaurant nice burgers cooked to how you like them and then served on a sizzling platta. Recommend the onion sauce too, with a side order of fries. Service is very good although the toilet facility is very small for the size restaurant.

Went there in the afternoon with my friends and that was a wonderful experience. This is one of the most famous stake chain in Japan and the special thing with them is that they use fresh meat from their factory to make the steaks. Owing to that you cannot find their shops all over the Japan except only in Shizuoka Prefecture where they have their factory. Place is bit far from Tokyo but yet it is great if you really miss delicious steaks

Had never heard of a 'hamburg steak' before moving to Japan, but of the many I've since had, this place is amongst the best. Their actual steaks are OK but nothing special, but their main attraction is the Genkotsu Hamburg, and it never disappoints.The restaurant is always smoky on account of all the hamburgs being charcoal grilled, but that's to be expected. Usually have to wait a bit, but never too long, and it's always worth it. Have been many times, will go many more.
