Hotel Reposoir du Village is located in Port Salut and close to the Pointe-Sable Beach Entry. We have Power 24/7, Wifi, AC, and our own private beach. We also have hot water. You gain more for what you pay. You are welcome to visit us.

Reviewed By clairefsFor whatever reason, i always stay there when visiting because it's OK... we get hot water, Wi-fi, and what else? That's about it... It has so much potential but like many places in Haiti, customer service is lacking throughout the country and that is such a turn off for tourism... They charge you an arm and a leg and give you mediocre service. Now their prices are ok and i can deal with that... the staff works hard from morning till night and it is just sad.... I just tip as much as i can because i see them trying and at least put a smile on their face because they don't get much... The price for the food is ridiculous so i rather eat elsewhere... Again love the hot water and besides the lizards, it is always decent to stay there.

ONE BUCKET FOR THE WHOLE HOTEL
Reviewed By bebyjohncI originally had my reservation with my family for August 14. When I called to get info, they told me not to book online but to zelle them the money which I did. Arrived at the airport at 2 am ready to go and I was told Cap Haitian required a specific covid test not the one we had. Had to get another one and reschedule for Aug 16. Called the hotel and explained and they said no problem. When we arrived, the first room some areas had no electricity and the AC was not working. The second room had no water. When the water finally arrived, while I was brushing my teeth, a brown dirty water came out of the faucet. I had to beg for clean water and I finally got a bucket of water. I wasn't even finished using it and they came to get it for another guest that was threatening to leave. One bucket for the whole hotel. And it happened several times during the week. Thanks God, I didn't use their rental car company NULOOK RENTAL CAR.Same cheap owner And the pool, forget about it. Very dirty water. For breakfast, we had a lot of flies that accompanied us at the table. Poor staff. They were great. They did their best. But the owner sucks. Never addressed the problems or phone calls. The desperate owner refused to refund me my $428 for the 2 days regarding the Corona test issue. I advise not to come to this motel and don't rent from NULOOK. Motel sa pa bon pa vini ladan.

SCAM BEWARE
Reviewed By nickosk2021This place does not exist, it is a SCAM. I got to the supposed address and I was told by the locals that this place DOES NOT EXIST and that others had asked about this place and had subsequently also been scammed out of their money. Luckily I had only booked one night, so i only lost the amount for that. Don't book it unless you want to lose your money.

Reviewed By janetilottI am staying at Robsi Hotel currently and unfortunately my review is bad. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation and tried to charge me a second time. They were sweet about it and apologized so this was not a problem. The problem is there is no electricity here. I live in Haiti and I have run a small hotel here. I know what the costs are. The generator here was on. For a couple of hours. My room does not have a rechargeable fan (available for purchase in the supermarket five minutes walk from here). The windows don't open. It is hot in here.. When I arrived there was no bottle of water in the room, no shampoo provided, no new toilet paper roll. All of this would be fine if the room was $10 per night. It isn't. It is $66 per night which is a price one would pay in the US. If one pays US prices one expects to receive things like in the US. If you are not able to offer these things then lower the price.
