I went to the restaurant for a salat in the afternoon and for dinner with a group with about 30 people in late eavning. The chicken salat was ok. The pork-dinner at the eavning was very good. The prices was excellent. I had to wait a way too long for my dinner in the eavning. The big group in probably the reason, but it is not ok to wait more than an hour for food!

Whether your traveling to Mazury or just going through Lomza, Grec is one of the places I can easily advice to pop-in.
Food is good. No fireworks though. Comparing to other restaurants in Lomza it is superb. It lacks genuine Greek tastes, but products used there are usually fresh.
Service is a little bit lazy & grumpy, they could easily improve it by hiring somebody who enjoys working with other people more.
Interior - Greek inspired, with cosy fireplace and good turniture. It usually smells like wet paint each time I'm there.

While visiting the Lomza area and staying with a cousin, twice in the last few days of the visit; I treated my host and his wife to dinner. Both times they listed this restaurant. Although I ordered Ruskie Pierogi, a beef tartar appetizer was also ordered for me. The pierogi was at least as good as those made by my Russian heritage spouse. Although I am not an expert on Beef Tartar, I ended up having it on both visit. My entre on the second visit was a Pork Tenderloin. Both visits were excellent and will go back the next time I am visiting Lomza.

This is a milk bar type of restaurant where many of the locals eat. Food is very inexpensive. I fed a family of 5 for $20. Tilapia, vegetables, potatoes for all of us. It was very tasty but just too salty. Perhaps it was a bad day as the locals I went with mentioned it isn't normally that salty.

We had two pizzas for takeaway.
Positive was that the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very cozy and has an outside area as well. The pizzas were ready within 15 minutes.
Unfortunately, the pizza was tasteless. No spices, lack of tomato sauce, very dry. I assume they didn't have their best day because it was during the week and the restaurant was nearly empty.

On holiday i had a chance to visit this resturant. Very elegant place, great atmosphere and even better food. A bartender offered us wide selection of coctails and shots which I absolutely loved- bubble gum, Strawberry mohito, banana daiquiri... my absolute favourite were potato pancakes with chicken in mushroom sauce and chocolate dumplings filled with white chocolate and blueberries for dessert to share. We were shocked when it came to paying the bill. Cheap compared to other places we visited.dinner and dessert was in total around £12 for 2 people. I strongly recommend it

This restaurant has recently moved from bedside Lidl to its current location the site of an old furniture shop. We were taken by taxi and the driver did not know it had moved as he initially took us to the old location. The restaurant has parking out the front, and you can choose to sit inside or outside on the side of the premises. It was clean and modern in its design. The food was good and efficiently served by two pleasant waitresses. The bill was not cheap by Polish standards, but was not excessive either. We would eat at this location again, if we return to Lomza. They also sell very nice locally produced honey, (sadly you cannot bring back honey in hand luggage).

We ate here twice in February once was a family celebration for a dozen or so of us where we were given a private dining area away from the main restaurant with its own music system (Hi-Fi), and the second time with old friends who we met for a meal. On both visit's the staff looked after us well and no one passed any complaints about any of their meals. All the food I had was fresh, tasty and well presented, the wine was also good, not many people seem to drink wine in Poland but it is up and coming, it has to compete with excellent beer and vodka. The restaurant is rustically decorated and clean. The venue also acts a hotel, you can just go for a drink and pin bowling as well, we would not go back for a second time if we were not happy with the first visit and both times we were very happy. This is not the cheapest of eats, but the atmosphere, staff, and food make it well worth a visit. If you drink heavily it will load your bill.
