Reviewed By SandBTokyoThis hotel is fantastic. Big and beautiful, so much fun to walk around and enjoy the design and decor. The service is wonderful. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable. There are two onsens to choose from, 1st and 2nd floor. Both very nice. The sign for onsen comes from this hotel. They have a nice history that they are proud of and have a small show for this kids in the evening. They dinner and breakfast were great. Not buffet style. Our family loved this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The ride to Gunma Safari park was about 15 minutes or so. Highly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed By meinschatz225We enjoyed our two days stay tremendously. The Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was most welcoming and friendly. The onsen area was great, buffet was good, fresh and beautifully served. We will definitely come back I highly recommend this place.

A river runs past your room in Gunma.
Reviewed By Peter WAt first glance, I thought "Nothing special." As soon as we entered the hotel I though, "Nice and clean. Smells good." The entire hotel was clean and decorated for the New Year. Our room was spacious, with a nice little sitting room that overlooked the river. Evening and morning walks along the river were great,with a nice waterfall down near the end and mountains in the background. Bamboo trees lined the river. The bathroom in the room had a separate sliding door, and the bathtub was worth filling up and trying during your stay. The service was excellent, and three people came in at about 7 pm to make up our comfortable futons. What an excellent sleep we had. Just downstairs was the hot spring, indoor and outdoor. Not huge, but big enough to relax and not have to mingle with other guests if you don't want to. You can choose what time you have breakfast. We had it at 8:00. It was filling, with tofu, fish, lots of veggies and as much rice as you want, all in a beautiful room with friendly women serving you. Wifi in the lobby was handy, too. Next to the hotel is a senbei (rice cracker) factory that is worth a visit. I heard the hotel has a shuttle bus that will pick you up at the nearby station (we went there by car). We opted to eat out for dinner and went to a supermarket up the road that had excellent take out foods that we had in our room with beer. Good stuff. Enjoy!

犬と一緒に
Reviewed By 16172829犬と一緒に泊まれるコテージを探しててたどり着きました。インターからも近いし、周りに温泉もたくさんあるし、バーベキューの準備は整ってるし、ドッグランもあって最高でした。犬とのんびりしたい方には良いですよ。

配膳スタッフのサービスで台無し。
Reviewed By tmmt2018以前家族でお邪魔しました。 入り口でお出迎えいただき、綺麗に清掃されたお部屋に案内されました。 ここまでは何の不満もなかったのですが、料理が残念でした。 スーパーの豚バラ肉が3枚程はいった水炊き鍋のようなもの、冷凍をチンしたような星型のいかにもお子様向けのハンバーグ。 運んでくる年配の女性スタッフは感じが悪く、時間になると入り口で早く出て行けと言わんばかりに待機。 翌朝の見送りも駐車場まで来ていただきましたが今思えばお出迎えもお見送りもスーツのような制服を着た方達でした。 着物の配膳スタッフはもう少し接客業としてお客様をお迎えする姿勢や感謝の気持ちをもって仕事をして頂きたいです。お料理は原価等色々あるのでしょうが遠くの刺身より近くの山菜の１つくらい欲しかったです。 配膳スタッフの改善が見られない限り恐らくもう行かないです。

Reviewed By SA1495群馬県内の遊び場、何カ所かをめぐるため、途中、1泊したのがこちらの宿です。 全体的に清潔感のある、きれいに保たれた宿で、駐車場も完備です。 宿のパパさんとママさんも親切に対応してくださり、快適に過ごせます。 お食事の時間は(極端に変な時間でない範囲、常識の範囲であれば)お客様の希望の時間を聞いて下さいますので、早め出発や遅めのごはんなど相談できると思います。 お食事は、例えば夜ごはんでは、サラダやお刺身などの冷たいものは、お食事の時間に合わせて冷蔵庫から出してくださり、また、お一人様ごとの簡易コンロで温かい一品もあります。それ以外のおかずは、冷めてもおいしくいただけるおかずが事前にテーブルにセットされた状態になっています。ごはんは温かい状態で炊飯ジャーに準備されいてセルフでよそいます。 朝ごはんも同じです。サラダのようなものはお食事の時間に合わせて冷蔵庫から出してくださり、それ以外のさめてもおいしくいただけるおかずは、事前にテーブルに準備されています。ごはんや、みそ汁は温かい状態で保たれています。こちらはセルフでよそいます。 布団は、事前に敷かれた状態になっています。 お部屋は宴会場のように広いお部屋がロビー前にあります。こちらのお部屋の中央あたりをパーテーションで上から下までしっかり仕切って2つのお部屋にしているようで、そのうちの片方を使わせていただきました。 予約サイトからの予約申し込みの場合は、お部屋を選ぶことはできませんが、お客様が一番使い易い便利な場所を選んでくださると思います。 群馬に行くことがあれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思いました。次回は予約サイトからではなく、直接宿へ予約をし、多少のお部屋のご相談もさせていただければと思っています。
