Nice Hotel
Reviewed By Raghubrr‘Nice hotel but be prepared to deal with a lot of misunderstanding!!!’ We got to the hotel at 7am and had requested for early check in which was approved. When we got there, firstly, the guy at the reception told us that we had the wrong hotel!!!! The name on the property is different to the one listed on booking.com. We drove off looking for the right hotel, only to get directions from locals that led us back to the same place. Went in and tried to convince the guy at the reception and showed him the booking.com pictures, he then called another guy who came down (he was sleeping somewhere) and we convinced him we had the right hotel. The guy was annoyed and threw the keys at us and went back where he came from. No check-in or anything. We went to our room, settled in and the next day, a woman who hardly spoke English knocked on our door asking for payment. We where afraid to pay her so we asked her to meet us at the check in desk and we paid there. The whole arrangement was very weird, the staff are not helpful at all!!! The apartments are new and nicely decorated. They have everything you will need for your stay. The finishings are good and facilities are good as well.

Reviewed By Teona DHotel has nice location, exterior though we didn't have opportunity to enjoy with staying there. They refuse to serve guest outside hotel even for a cup off coffee and aren't welcoming! It's a pity that one one of the leading hotel at that unique resort of Abastumani doesn't care much for the high class service.

Very nice and basic Hotel with most fantastic food and very friendly service!
Reviewed By Christian_Berlin1We stayed for a week in the Green Hotel Abastumani. This was already the second time after October 2016. We very much enjoyed the friendly service and the truly fantastic food. One must consider, that the rooms are tidy and clean, but standard good taste can't necessarily applied.

Good hotel for holidays!
Reviewed By IngulinkaVery friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located so you can easily reach the mountains (Kohta and Didveli) by taxi in 5 minutes. The hotel provides taxi service as well. We stayed for 3 nights and it was very hot in the room at the beginning while we adjusted the radiators to the right temperature. The room had a kettle, mugs and glasses. Breakfast was a hot and cold meal, suitable for both adults and children like porridge, sausages, cheese, eggs, fresh salad etc. Before you go, suggest to get a right coordinates of the hotel, there no signboard so it was not clear where to go and need to call to reach the hotel. In general enjoy hotel, it is new, from wood, nice view.

Lovely apartment
Reviewed By DelilahF16It's a cosy apartment located in the middle of Bakuriani very close to the ski slopes. The place is fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils, a gas, washing machine, clothes stand, dining table, heaters and a sofa bed. It also has a balcony with chairs to sit. The place is brightly lit and is a 5-10 minute walk from the ski slopes and the cable car.
