Reviewed By 999PeterKA family-run guest house very friendly, fantastic views from the shared guest terrace and breakfast/ general lounge. They can also arrange for a 4x4 to take you up the mountain to the church, this is well worth the trip.

Reviewed By lI0ve2h0lidayNice little guest house with mainly shared facilities. Good Wifi. Dinner and breakfast were both taken at the guest house, simple but adequate meals. Help yourself system for tea and instant coffee. Great views of the mountains from the balcony.

The Guesthouse has 4 rooms. One double room with bathroom. 2 shared rooms for 5 persons each and 1 room for 3 people with bathroom too. Guesthouse has nice view of Kazbeg mountain and Tsminda Sameba monastyr. The house is 50 m up the street opposite Hotel Stepantsminda, with green gate.
I skipped a second night
Reviewed By chielavinkTerrible stay. We wanted to stay two nights, but after the first night we decided to book another hotel. The room was small and muggy. Bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. There is a shared shower in the building, but that didn’t work properly, only tap with cold water. Shower outside the building was a bit better, but as temperature drops below zero, not convenient. Host was not willing to make breakfast as we only were with two persons. I really don’t get it why Lonely Planet reccomends this guetshouse. I would defenitely not recommend.

Reviewed By ArtTverОстанавливались до и после восхождения на Казбек. ИМХО в сравнении с бытовыми условиями жизни в палатке на Казбеке - это несомненно "дворец" ))) Стоимость вполне соответствует предложенным услугам. Хотелось бы отметить чистоту помещений и постельного белья. WIFI во время пребывания присутствовал. Очень добродушные и отзывчивые хозяева.

Reviewed By Adam LWe stayed here as a couple and had a great experience. The guest house owners are really friendly and helpful. The food is also very good - plentiful and delicious. Comfiest beds we stayed in in Georgia! Would highly recommend.

They took care of our every need and other than the normal things expected from a host (being nice and helping out with stuff you might need during your stay) Ira was also taking care of us personally, she phoned us to ask if everything is okay if we were coming back late after a trek, made sure we have a satisfying breakfast and just made the impression of a genuinely nice person. At this home stay you get your privacy (you're not really staying right inside their house) but you're not isolated. You will feel very welcome and every need you might have as a traveler (hot shower, food, wifi..) will be accommodated.

Сразу скажу, что это не отель, а небольшой гостевой дом, где несколько комнат с тонкими дверями и где на этой же территории живут и сами хозяева. Есть место для парковки внутри дворика. Номера чистые, но прохладные. Пол холодный, но есть тапочки. Очень не хватало халата, чтобы согреться. Поскольку двери очень тонкие, слышимость колоссальная. Но нам повезло, никто не шумел. В номере один светильник не светил. Белье постельное белоснежное. Но матрас очень жёсткий, подушки тяжёлые и не удобные. Полотенца все были влажными, видимо не успевают высыхать. В ванне общее пространство для душа, безо всяких бордюров, т.е.просто на полу комнаты. Что не очень удобно, если принял душ, то потом мокрый пол и не подойти к раковине или унитазу. Есть замечательная общая терраса, где можно полюбоваться горами с удобными шезлонгами, попить вина. Кафе,как такого нет. Утром в отдельной комнате сервируют завтрак (за 15лари), душевная хозяйка готовит для вас, предлагая разные варианты. Мы не брали, просто попили кофе. Большой минус, что в номере нет телевизора и холодильника, хотя номер наш стоил 130 лари с видом на террасу и, пожалуй, был самым дорогим. Для того чтобы переночевать гостевой дом идеально подходит, а вот чтобы провести несколько дней-не совсем комфортно. Находится в 1км от центральной площади и смотрит на знаменитый rooms hotel.

Better to find a nice guesthouse
Reviewed By DankaK42Me and my parents were disappointed. We had a room with 3 beds and shared bathroom. The sower is situated right next to the door and everything is wet. I think a hotel should already have a comfortable shower! There was also problem with toilet, could not be flushed. Breakfast average. Horrible coffee. In hotel they could already serve espresso and there was no water or juice!!! Disappointed.

The housekeeper was extremely helpful, supporting us in additional lamp (since we love to read before a sleep;) and every morning preparing tasteful breakfast -which we do strongly recommend!! The place is warm and clean, and additionally really well located!
