Reviewed By D KI arrived very late, around 11pm. No matter - staff were more than happy to serve me hot, fresh food. Then they waited until i was done, assuring me throughout that it's not a problem at all. Top marks, beyond the call of duty! Reviewed By Discover22245427231Small rooms and misleading pictures. We changed the hotel and lost our booking amount. No balcony. Hidden view of the mountain from the room. Basic toiletries in the bathroom. A 2 star hotel. We were seeking a better experience for our 2N stay than this. Disappointing.

Chaleureuse et très pro
Reviewed By Carole Wune superbe guesthouse toute neuve, avec de vraies chambres super propres, eau bien chaude et des repas plantureux. Ketino est une hôtesse autant chaleureuses qu'efficace. Au pied du Mont Kazbeg et des départs de randonnée. Ketino prépare les petits dés, les boîtes de déjeuner de rando et le dîner à l'heure qui nous convient. Je recommande chaudement.

Free tea and coffee always on hand. Tamari speaks fluent Georgian + Russian, and enough English that we could communicate the basics. Highly recommended!

Ok hotel in kazbegi
Reviewed By rjhillarThis hotel is super basic. We felt great supporting a local business but if you are looking for comfort, this is just not the place for you. Location is ok but the rooms are tiny, and you can hear people talking on the hallway. The owner abs his family as super nice and will explain everything there is to do and give food advice

Reviewed By 407ignaciorOur stay at Nikoloz was a a blessing for our tired bodies every day after hiking in the mountains of Kazbegi. It stands out proudly above other (sometimes more expensive) accommodations in its price range. The bed was the most comfortable we've had so far in Georgia, the much needed heating in September was flawless. The owner is the loveliest lady we came across and keeps the place spotless. Plus it has amazing views from all rooms and the terrace, we were so sad to leave!

Reviewed By Иван ВОтличный отель по соотношению цена-качество. Радушные и внимательные хозяева, при случае могут сами подбросить в центр поселка. Очень хороший завтрак. И незабываемый вид на Казбек и всю долину Степанцминды! В любое время дня и ночи пейзаж выглядит по-разному, но всегда по-своему красиво. Можно долго сидеть на балконе и просто смотреть на Казбек.
