Wir haben hier zu Viert im AuÃenbereich gegessen. In der Hauptsache gibt es Schnitzel in verschiedenen Variationen. Die Schnitzel waren gut, aber keine kulinarische Offenbarung.Für einen Besuch nach einem Spaziergang durchaus zu empfehlen.

Wir waren auf Grund einer Empfehlung in TripAdvisor hier. Das Lokal ist eine Vereinsgaststätte, das Ambiente ist eher sehr einfach. Der Service war freundlich, Speisen des Tages werden auf einer Tafel angezeigt, diese wird auf einen Stuhl am Tisch gestellt. Die Auswahl ist ordentlich, man kann auch noch aus der Karte wählen. Der Wirt war alleine, und mit dem halb vollen Restaurant sichtbar überlastet. Die Getränke wurden nach einer halben Stunde serviert, die Speisen nach 1 Stunde. Wir waren zu Viert und haben jeweils etwas anderes bestellt. Gyros in MetaxasoÃe, Souflaki mit Pommes und mit Feta gefülltes Schweinesteak waren geschmacklich ok und ansehlich angerichtet. Die Portionen für eine Vereinsgaststätte etwas mager. Rindersteak mit Bratkartoffeln ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Seak war im Schmetterlingsschnitt vergröÃert und dadurch nur noch kapp einen cm dick, natürlich trocken. (geht gar nicht)zudem unter sehr vielen Zwiebeln versteckt.(mickrig) Die Bratkartoffeln sehr wenig und viel zu fett. Wenn es mir nach dem Essen noch von einer Currywurst träumt, war das wohl nichts. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis 35 ⬠(3 Getränke 2 Essen) stimmt hier leider nicht. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Perhaps the best "pizza" I have experienced in Germany! This pinsa is even highly approved by my Italian friends. The chef himself is Italian and very friendly. Some evenings they even offer a dough baked with a culinary charcoal. Ask for the black dough! I will be a repeat visitor as long as I am in Pforzheim! Bravo!Grazie Daniele âºï¸

Their prices may be a little higher than some of the other local establishments but the freshness of the ingredients, the service and the atmosphere make up for it. The salads are amazingly fresh and large. They also have a nice selection of beer and wine.Thanks for you kind review! Come visit us again next time you are in Bretten. After the tour of the monastery we ate here. Sadly the staff couldnât tell us if the tomato soup was vegetarian ( no chicken or beef bullion). We asked if she could ask, and the answer was, itâs tomato soup, so why would there be a chicken or beef bouillon in it. Well, I skipped the soup, but my companion, who is not vegetarian did have it and said it was great. So, great food, but donât ask too many questions.

We had a family reunion dinner here and had a great time. The service was friendly, portion size generous and pricing reasonable. We loved the quaint atmosphere and will certainly return before we leave the area.

We spent a night in Maulbronn and based upon TripAdvisor reviews decided to try this place. I'm always skeptical about tourist town restaurants. This was a great surprise. Everything was very good to great. The Zebra Eggplant app was fantastic with really crispy croutons. I'll have to try making this myself! My wife's salad was fresh, had great ingredients and was properly dressed. For mains I had the beef that was cooked perfectly medium rare with a nice gravy and chanterelles. The portion sizes we're good and I appreciated the reasonable portion of very good fries. Ditto my wife's Cordon Bleu, that was moist and perfectly cooked. Wine was a generous pour. Service was helpful in explaining items and very good.Very minor criticisms. Steak may have been prepared on a hot plate. Could have been in done in a cast iron skillet or grill pan to get a better char. No local wines. Would haved loved to have a selection of the local or regional whites and reds.
