From arrival to departure, the level of hospitality was incredible, and they even organised a birthday surprise for my 4 year-old daughter after a lovely Kobe Wagyu Kaiseki Dinner, and it was so touching. Thanks very much!

Reasonable, conveniently situated, onsen and spacious room
Reviewed By HaylesEppsFriendly staff, clean and well kept rooms. Breakfast available if requested. Laundry and onsen services very easy to use. Only downside being a non Smoker is that at times the hotel was quite smoky, due to catering to smokers.

Reviewed By uberminI was not expecting my room to be so big with a kitchenette. They give you an onsen coupon which you can use for either Kin no Yu or Gin no Yu. The hotel is about a 3 second walk from Gin no Yu. I had a nice window with a view of houses & hills nearby. You can also sit & eat out on the balcony. The mattress was not high quality but it was okay for one night. As other reviewers mentioned it is a slight uphill walk to get here, not what I would call strenuous unless you have some lung disease.

Reviewed By Whirlwind TMy dad and I stayed here on the recommendation of a Japanese friend. This was a Japanese business hotel a short walk from the train station in Kobe. We had a room with 2 bedrooms for a very reasonable price.The beds were comfortable. Amenities were provided including pyjamas, choice of pillow, and spa swag for the women! Traditional Japanese breakfast was included. Breakfast was delicious especially if you like fish, rice and soup for breakfast like I do! We asked the English speaking hotel staff to call ahead and book us into the Super Hotel in Osaka for our next stop. I preferred this hotel chain over the Hilton!
