Reviewed By Johan HVery clean and cozy room with alot of utilities, sauna, outside bathtub & clean showers. Very friendly staff with good service. Surrounded by a beatuiful and peaceful nature. Also alot of interesting activites around, which we unfortunatley didnt have time to explore. Highly recommended!

Your personal three star business hotel located right in the centre of Vetlanda - equally suitable for the leisure traveller.During spring 2008 all 35 rooms were completely refurbished with new bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, quality beds and pleasant furniture and textiles. Breakfast is always included in the rates
Very noisy
Reviewed By couchpotato911Weekend stay at this no frills hotel in Vetlanda, which is situated opposite the train station. Ample room for parking in the back, or in the garage, which is free. Doors are light and with a gap at the bottom, so noise from the hallway is unavoidable. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. The room itself is very basic, with wooden floors. There is a desk and a chair, but no sockets to plug your laptop charger in to. The bed is very basic but adequate. The bathroom was tiny, and the doors to the shower cabin, that divided the small bathroom in two, rattled every time you accidentally touched them. Stifling hot, no air con, and when opening a window the party noise from outside is relentless until 4-5am. Breakfast was ok with a nice spread of what is typical Scandinavian breakfast, as well as some scrambled eggs and bacon. Next time I think I'll give this a miss and go for the Best Western instead.

Reviewed By 99magnuslVetlanda, a nice quiet town with great surroundings. When visiting here we chose Vetlanda Stadshotell. Managed by family members providing excellent and personal service. Feels lika you could be at home. Breakfast can be enjoyed both inside or outside on the big porch facing the town square. This visit was about celebrating our mom who turned 80. She is originally from Vetlanda. Great memories from a still great hotell. Here, you will get a great stay with that great personal service you normally only get from your friends.

We had the seasonal crayfishing experience, where we helped setting the nets and cages in the afternoon, a very tasty dinner and in the next morning we emptied our cages. Everyone was very friendly, and the food, both dinner and breakfast, was superb!
