Reviewed By Osnat-21They are scammers. They promised to repay for a trip that was cancelled due to the Covid-19 regulations in Japan but they didn’t. They should not be trusted after taking advantage of the situation to make profit. It’s outrageous!

Reviewed By eonifThe guest house itself is at some corner, quite quiet if have to go back in the middle of the night or go out early in the morning. Best to let the owner know what time should he be expecting you so that you won’t have to walk around the area with luggage as there is no baggage storage service provided. Only shampoo, shower and conditioner is provided, so need to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste. Bottle of water is given as well. However there are some little insects like black dots on the bed, not sure if it is due to the fact that the room I got is on ground floor. Also it can be quite warm if you are booking a bunk bed after you screen the curtains. The extra room that was locked from the other side of the door leading to some unknown place is quite creepy as well, because one ain’t sure if anyone would appear in the room in the midst of the night.

Reviewed By A4798PI_Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The location is very convenient especially for commuting to airports. The view of the Tokyo Tower is nice. Highly recommended. Not expensive for what it offers.

Quiet, relaxing and simply enjoyable
Reviewed By babingipI stayed here for 6 nights and found the hotel was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The onsen spa, mist sauna and showers on the 8th floor were amazing. With an exceptional selection of toiletries, body soaps and shampoos, washing yourself becomes a daily highlight. It's my first stay in a capsule hotel whilst travelling Japan for the RWC. I took a superior room but space is tight. Basically, you have to put your shoes in a locker by reception, wear provided footwear and change into the room wear on 2nd floor, before going to your room. Don't take bags to your room, these are stored in your lockable locker on 2F and you can padlock a larger case on the top shelf. Floor access is via barcode scanner on a wrist bad, along with your locker key. Rice blocks for free breakfast each day, with the same serving options wasn't very exciting but a wide variety of hot and cold drinks makes up for it, plus DIY miso soup. Chargeable vending machines offer an additional food and drink selection, with free wine provided in the evening. The hotel is super and quiet, no forced room cleaning to disturb your stay from 10am-4pm, staff are great and they allow a late check out up to 4pm, which is awesome. Tip: travel light if you can, as space is tight. I recommend using their laundry andcwashing your gear every few days. The machines are easy to use, a wash takes 30 mins and the dryer 30-60 mins. Detergents are free and they charge ¥100 pr 15 mins.

Reviewed By hoaimywGood customer service. Bedding and toiletries provided including pajamas and slippers. Only downfall is other customer snoring and talking. Eye masks are ear plugs provided. If you’re a light sleeper this may not work. Perhaps opt for your private room.

Great place to stay
Reviewed By JasonD4205I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. The place is extremely clean and the staff very friendly. The bed was exceptionally hard, however I believe this to be normal in Japan. Shared shower with a glass door, so don't stay here if you are shy! 10 minute walk to Gaiemmae Station (ginza line). Highly recommended
