Horn-Bad Meinberg (Low German: Häoern-Möomag ) is a German city in the Principality of Lippe in the north-east of North Rhine-Westphalia on the edge of the Teutoburg forest. The district Bad Meinberg is a spa resort. It has 17,185 inhabitants (2013). It was formed in 1970 by merging various other municipalities that had grown together, including Bad Meinberg and Horn - the new entity's original name was Bad Meinberg-Horn, before taking its present name.

Been there several times in November 2015 for dinner with family and friends. Interior looks very nice and cozy and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food was extraordinary each time,especially pizzas and lasagnas. Really top italian restaurant in Blomberg. Highly recommended!

Das kleine Restaurant hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und die Kellnerinnen waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen hatte eine sehr gute Qualität und war für diese auch preiswert. Tolles Restaurant und zu unrecht relativ unbekannt in Detmold. Weiter so!

We visited La Grappa while staying in the hotel above, run by the family. A wide ranging italian menu, delicious dishes and excellent wine - primitivo recommended. Attentive service - will hope to visit on another occasion.
