The quality and preparation are sub-standard. My wife and I were not at all impressed at the quality of food. Had a extremely nice romantic dinner with my girlfriend while staying at the hotel. The service was just perfect and the food was excellent for a reasonable price (for a high end restaurant).. The appetizers were very good, but the portions were on the small side. The main course was excellent and the portions were adequate. We had cheese and port wine for desert, although not on the desert menu but just ask for it.

Enjoyed a plentiful breakfast in a sunlit solarium that overlooked the bay. Table service was available or they had a smaller, well-stocked buffet for take-away. Also enjoyed dinner which offered a 4-course chef's selection or a la carte. I tried the emu spring rolls which were wonderful! Service was a little slow at both meals, but I believe that was on purpose so you didn't feel rushed. Staff would be happy to accommodate anyone needing to "eat and run".
