Nice but a few things are holding it back
Reviewed By colianthThis hotel has a wonderful classic European feel which I love but unfortunately there is no AC in the room which made a 20 degree day an absolute oven, and the lock system used on the doors is a joke, myself and colleagues tried tirelessly to follow the instructions given but had to get staff to open our doors for us numerous times.

Reviewed By 12rob7We found this place almost by accident when we were looking for somewhere else in the town, but we weren't sorry that we found it. Spotlessly clean with pleasant and helpful staff, and it’s well situated on a large open square near the centre of town. The accommodation is good, and there’s a wide choice of good eating places within easy walking distance. On the first night we ate at a good Italian, but on the second we ate in the hotel's own restaurant, not cheap but very good, an interesting and varied menu, and the same friendly and competent staff we’d already found elsewhere. There are plenty of interesting places to visit in the surrounding area, so all in all this hotel can be enthusiastically recommended. It’s hard to think of any way in which it could be improved, and if that’s not enough, it’s good value for money as well.

Reviewed By Martin DWe have been looking forward to a comfortable dining experience and happy to pay extra for quality service and food. After being welcomed by a member of staff matters went downhill. Food on offer were a la Cart oder Buffet but there waiter failed to ask which and had to go away to fetch the Menu. After about 20 minutes he returned to take the order and dinner arrived after another 15-20 minutes. Food has been well prepared and nicely plated, taste was good. On other tables used dishes have been left, drink orders not being fulfilled oder taken excessively long to be served. Never again!

Reviewed By 163gelati77Unfreundlicher Empfang, defekte Heizung, undichte Toilette, Lärmbelästigung durch Spül und Waschmaschinen im unteren Cafe bis in die Nacht. Nach einer Übernachtung abgereist. Leider keine Kulanz zu erwarten, sehr schade.
