Reviewed By S4074TAlisawI stay here regularly. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are amazing. Staff are all friendly. Have also booked this facility for meetings and events... they are helpful and accommodating and try to ensure every visit top notch. Menu has lots of options and the restaurant and lounge are probably one of the biggest in High Level. Lots of parking, most rooms with outside doors. Waterpark has pool, waterslide, hot tub and tots play park. They have family two bedroom suites which are wonderful for traveling with friends or extended family!

NEVER STAY THERE, DOUBLE CHARGE AND WONT HELP REFUND
Reviewed By bobdobbs2022I paid for a room online through the Super 8 webpage, not a third party provider. I arrived at the super 8 and I was told they can't find my reservation, even though I had the receipt and confirmation number of my booking in my email. The front desk person after 30 minutes and asking the same questions tells me I'll book you another room, ok great. I told her that I've already been charged for the room because I get text and email alerts from my visa. She than talks down to me and says well you will NEVER get charged until we run YOUR visa in the morning. I said again it has been charged because I get the alerts. She tells me not to worry. That was just pre authorization, I told her the reservation was a no refund pre charged. I was ignored again and assured that I will not get charged because someone PHYSICALY needs to charge the card. Its been over 30 minutes now, I've been driving all day. SO she books me a room. The next day I leave. GUESS what, after the pre approvals/ incidental charges go back on my card, FIVE days later. I am left with being charged for two rooms!!! Imagine that! I have phone multiple times being told management will reverse the charges and phone me. It's been a week, not one phone back and the charges are still there. I strongly recommend don't us super 8.

The outside of the hotel is a bit drab and didn’t give a good impression on arrival but the service from the front desk was good and the room looked exactly as on the website (some definitely don’t look as advertised). We’d pre-booked a queen room with fridge and microwave. The room was well equipped and clean, the bed was comfortable, wifi reliable, and the tv was fine. The bathroom was also clean and modern. Having a small table and two chairs in the room was great, so we could spend the evening more comfortably, rather than sitting on a bed all the time. The free breakfast was well supplied and the area was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast included cold boiled eggs, an automatic pancake maker and porridge. The place was fairly empty when we were there but there were no noise issues at all. Even though we kept the window open all night highway noise was negligible. Noise levels might be different if the place were full.

Reviewed By 246annettabStains on the carpets, some appeared to be blood. Air conditioning barely working. Scratched walls . Back stairs were vandalized some time ago. The plumbing and heating was lying on the floor in the back stairs. The stairs going to the second floor was very dirty. The neighbours had a party and smelled of marijuana. I cannot believe this is a Wyndham property. Maybe we just got the worst possible room. Definitely need better upkeep on the property.

Reviewed By dougg255Excessive litter in the parking lot, zero customer welcome, dog poop all over next door balcony, paper thin walls, toilet plugged on first use everything, everything is old, old, old, embarrassing breakfast (muffin and pudding), and extremely over priced. The only positive was a comfortable bed.

This full service hotel became franchised with The Quality Inn & Suites in early 2013. The newly renovated property features a wide variety of guest rooms including singles, doubles, kitchenettes, and 1 & 2 bedroom suites.Each room is equipped with high end Sealy mattresses, luxurious bedding, fire place, 40" LCD tv's with digital cable, fridge, microwave, in room coffee, alarm clock, iron, and ironing board.Breakfast is included and made fresh to order in our on-site dining room, known for it's great steaks and seafood, open until 10pm nightly. Guests enjoy interior access to all the hotel amenities including banquet room, lounge, VLT lounge, and night club.Our guests have free access our FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET, the fastest and most consistent wifi connection available.We look forward to hosting you!
Very Impressed
Reviewed By momofasonI recently started staying at the Quality Inn again and was very impressed by the renovated rooms, lobby and the updated complementary breakfast. Service was very good. Great quality for the price. Gas fireplace and mini fridge in room is always nice. Even though I've never personally used the exercise facility, it appears to be well maintained. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in High Level on business.
