56 Central is a stylish restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great menu options. Ate there twice. We had a scrumptious breakfast and a delicious dinner. Met the owner, Gill Carroll. She was a delight and plays a very hands-on role in her restaurant.

During our travels with friends we had the good fortune of spending two days in Galway and found ourselves in need of a proper breakfast...we decided to go upstairs at McCambridgeâs and have a chat and a meal. The staff were accommodating for our group of six. The chai tea was spicy and frothy, the coffee was excellent as well. Two in our party had a fry up and three had the avocado egg smash which was gorgeous...eggs were poached to perfection. The sweets table looked amazing but we had no room in our bellies to indulge...perhaps next time! Definitely will come back here when we return to Ireland in the future...

Excellent food and service- delicious! The veggie mezze is to die for. Great for vegetarian options. I highly recommend the treacle brown bread and the wedges. Slightly overpriced although it wonât break the bank!

I had the turkey sandwich and my partner had the falafel. We both finished every morsel and crumb. Delicious, I could have ordered a second sandwich it was so nice. Luckily the first was filling. Coffee was superb. Friendly staff. Attentive service, tasty food, relaxing atmosphere.

I was doing some shopping recently in Joyceâs and went into Costa in the same centre.I must say how happy I was to find such a nice coffee shop. The staff were all wonderfulespecially the lovely manager Geda. She has an exceptional manner with the staff and the customers. The coffee was great. Well done to all. I will be back

Having ate here with work colleagues on a few occasions & had good experiences, was keen to try on a weekend day.I got the goats cheese quiche, found it hard to find the goats cheese & it was really dried out, obviously had been sitting out under lights for too long,was disappointed with the selection of salads also which basically consisted of coleslaw & lettuce sprinkled with sweet corn & onion with a slice of soda bread oddly accompanied on the side. My partner got the beef burger & was asked if he wanted a bun? & it came with no sauce/relish so was very plain. Definitely not worth the â¬30 we paid, felt the coffee was the best part. Very unlikely to return.

I had the most wonderful Time doing the cooking and bakeing cours at kates. I had such an wonderful time there. We even got to eat outside and ennoyed the wonderful weather. I got alot of cooking and bakeing tips frome Kate absolutly going back and doing the apple pie class :)A absolut must if you are near Galway :)
