Seems to have been changed from a bistro to a contemporary - brightly painted - coffee bar with some ready prepared dishes for lunch. It also seemd full of local people, mums and children, business girls and just friends enjoying the coffee and scones and similar good things and chatting happily. Cheers you up.

In Carlingford for Hen party yesterday and had salsa class in Ma Bakers. Great craic, instructor was super fun and made us all into budding enthusiasts by end of session , thoroughly enjoyed and bar was really nice highly recommend this for anyone going down for hen party to start day off and get people having fun, real ice breaker

Had Sunday lunch here today and was over and above anything we expected. Staff are top class very friendly. Lovely seats right in front a very welcoming fire. Starters off prawn salad and soup were excellent. Roast beef and turkey and ham left us well fed and full good size portions. Coffee is just the way it should be we will hopefully be fit for the desert next visit. All round its just what an old school Irish pub should be. Thanks guys

Such an amazing place with a totally outstanding and unique character ... quirky layout... and packed with people... mostly kids on stag or hen weekends ... if your a lover of GOOD tasting professionally cooked food ... then walk on by... this of more sit in fast food.. catering for the stag hen weekends most of whine would not recognise good wholesome well cooked food.. I had God and Chips ...the most tasteless piece of fish Iâve ever ate... doubting seriously if it was indeed Cod... Iâd say their profit is in the drink! Yet The Service is fantastic and waiting staff very attentive ... pity the food was such a let down !!
