I came here from Krakow for three nights to stay with a friend. Tarnobrzeg has historical interest and the Tarnowski Castle (a castle in the stately home mode rather than a fortress0 was worth visiting and the manicured grounds delightful. Incidentally the fine buildings of the Dominican Church (Convent of the Asuumption) are impresssive and nearby

Tarnobrzeg Lake

Reviewed By Borkowski - Warsaw

Tarnobrzeg itself is not very interesting city, but they have some nice lake. So if you like nature and nice views. Go there. It's quite beautiful but could be overcrowded, as many locals are gathering in this place. Also buses don't go straight to this place, so you need to go by foot a bit. Oh and...I think you could rent a boat to take a ride on lake.

Piękne muzeum znajdujące się w tarnobrzeskim Zamku Dzikowskim. Podczas wycieczki z przewodnikiem można poznać dzieje rodu Tarnowskich (do dziś właścicieli posiadłości), Tarnobrzegu oraz samego zamku. Zwiedzanie można polecić rodzinom z dziećmi, grupom szkolnym i indywidualnym turystom.
