Ilha do Mel is located in southeastern Brazil, state coast of Parana, the city of Paranaguá. A nature conservation area where is located the state park and ecological station .In ecological station is not allowed to visit travelers, only in the park area which is divided into three parts as follows: Fortaleza da Barra fortress or of Our Lady of Nossa Sra das Graças, founded in 1677 by Don Jose in order to protect the coast against the invasion of pirate ships. Nova Brasilia / Farol das Conchas, built in 1872 by order of Don Pedro II for navigation guidance. Charmed / Enchanted Cave, local legends and stories with beautiful beaches and a beautiful sunset.

This lighthouse is pretty nice, from there you can see the hole island (360° view) and take great pictures. There’s a trail to get there and you aren’t allowed to enter in.
