They were serving Western and Chinese cuisine, and there were some very good items available. I wish there was more Seafood but the Chinese dishes were fine, the fruit section adequate, and there was even a chocolate fountain.

I have visited over 30 Joyfull in Japan and know what to expect from this popular cheap-eats chain. However, this is the most dirty one. Looks like they do not have enough workers to keep the place to be more welcoming. Food portion is smaller than usual, very salty, and not very fresh. A major disappointment!

We tried this restaruant after a busy sightseeing day and return from enjoying sunset. And it was the last night of stay at Rizzan, we still need to get time to enjoy welcome drink and hot bath after dinner, so, we just wanted to have dinner at this seaside restaurant in our hotel. There is Mandarin speaking staff to help ordering and answer the questions about the foods. We have tried Okinawa noodle (not my favourite), Okinawa flied rice noodle (yummy) and fried bitter gourd with luncheon meat and egg (yummy). It's only 2,376 yen which is very cheap. It may be also due to the foods we ordered were not expensive foods and we did not order drink and beers.

Being one of the main dining option at the Intercontinental Manza Beach Hotel, I was a little surprised at how 'average' the experience was. The dinner buffet was tired, the a la carte options were distinctly uninteresting and flavourless - practically pre-fabricated. The breakfast buffet, however, was a better experience with some solid options available.
