Loved our stay

The room was spacious - we were given an upgrade at no extra charge as a gift from the hotel. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel was exceptionally clean and especially due the cirumstances surrounding Covid. Hand sanitizer was everywhere - from reception to every floor outside the elevators. The location was excellent and close to Hamamatusucho train station and convenience stores, Tokyo Tower and temples/shrines. Easy to get to with the Monorail from Haneda airport. Staff were always willing to help and very friendly. Highly recommend to stay here.

Good choice in Tokyo

Very well located hotel in Minato in the middle of a park, that’s means that you can have a nice place to do some jogging, several metro stations in the surroundings, a nice temple in the Shiba park where the hotel is located. The only drawback is that I went at the end of spring and the air conditioner not working properly.

Amazing place to go, even during the pandemic

To everyone who is looking to go to Japan. I have been twice now, and I feel The Tokyo Prince Hotel made it an even better experience than the first. The staff is hardworking, and polite. The Hotel itself is beautiful. My husband and I went for our anniversary/ late honeymoon and the staff made sure to congratulate us. So sweet! Also, we went around the beginning of the Covid pandemic, and the hotel usually had a breakfast buffet, but in lieu of the buffet they freshly made everyone's breakfast. It was amazing! Also the hotel is less than a mile from the Tokyo tower. Infact, that was what we saw every morning for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again! *also, I could not change date on travel, but we went on March 2020*

good location

I like this hotel, but I am not sure if they are much used to cater to foreigners. 90% of the guests are elderly Japanese couples and families. The result however is, is that it is a really nice and extremely quiet hotel. Everything is organized well, and everything works as it should. Staff is extremely professional, be it a bit formal. Location is great in the center of Tokyo from where you can get anywhere relatively easily. Room is nice and relatively spacious, seems to have been recently renovated. A good desk and chair which is an exception in Japanese hotels. Fast internet. Humidifier/Air cleaner, refridgerator in room. The breakfast is marvellous although mostly Japanese, but they have daily changing dishes. If you like quiet and peace this is a perfect hotel. My only problem, as with many Japanese hotels, is the 10:00 check-out time.
