If ever a business could fall off cliff......I reviewed it generously early June and since then it has caught a severe dose of the lemmings and decided to commit corporate suicide.The menu has altered(markedly for the worse), prices risen substantially and the management service ethic more Zuptagate than pride of Hermanus mall.Detail is irrelevant - just such an unpleasant experience rounded off with lack of tact. Not sure wild horses could drag us back!

What a little gem! I wish I had known about it sooner as it would have been perfect for my baby shower. I was enchanted by the Tea Terrace at Benguela Cove wine estate. The design of the Tea Terrace is extraordinary and with each and every detail, from the tables and chairs, to the prettiest little teacups, the entire experience has been created meticulously. Great breakfast menu and very good coffee. I like this place for the food choices and the poached eggs are always perfect. Service wasnât up to the usual slick standard but adequate. Iâve been here a few times over the last 3-4 years and count it as one of the best breakfast venues in Hermanus.

Stopped here as we were passing through Hermanus and Iâm so glad we did what a find!! Best coffee Iâve had in ages and the cakes were delicious! The only minor point of feedback was that they didnât have any high chairs so baby had to sit on our lap!

Highly recommend stopping for lunch at this small bistro in Hermanus. Located on the Cliff Drive, you have nice views of the crashing waves, and possibly whales breaching. The food options are varied- burgers, etc to nice healthy options. As a vegan, I had the most delicious bowl with several other options available. Prices are good, service good. Easy to find as you drive into Hermanus, street parking in front of the restaurant, patio seating available as well.
