Enjoy homestyle meals in our warm and welcoming Big Stop dining rooms. From salads, soups and sandwiches to platters, poutines and fresh baked pies, at the Big Stop weâve got it all.
Just what you'd expect from a truck stop diner: generous portions, tasty food, good value, and friendly servers. We stopped during a road trip for a quick lunch and were quite satisfied with the menu options and the food. Our server made good recommendations and the food arrived at the table promptly. Nothing fancy but some very nice touches such as the warm homemade dinner rolls.

I was in Truro for a hockey tournament. It was great to find the Healthy Habit amidst a sea of fast food. Had a delicious glory bowl with peanut sauce. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vegan/vegetarian/gluten free option.Thank you hockey mom for your positive feedback. Very pleased you enjoyed the Wednesday favorite, Great Glory Bowl with thai peanut sauce. Mon- Fri vegetarian lunches always gluten free and 99Ãiry free. I like to call our kitchen "slow food, fast".Pleased to show your review to our fresh food cook, Kind Kenda.
Located at 51 Robie St, Truro, NS, Tim Hortons is the perfect place to go for great-tasting, freshly brewed coffee. Our coffee is made with 100% Arabica beans, sourced from the world's most renowned growing regions. We also offer specialty beverages inclu
From what we could gather, this restaurant had had a recent refit and grand opening. The venue was awesome. We tended to use the eat in option rather than the drive through as it did appear that drive through queues would build up quickly and not be a swift a service as eating in. The refit is great, the availability of usb ports for charing in the TV/ fire display was appreciated. Food was great and service efficient and polite. Can't wait to go back!

I ordered an omelet and pan fries with toast. The portions were adequate. Food arrived in a reasonable time and was hot. The food was of an industrial kitchen quality, read- like hospital food. Bland in taste and blah in presentation. Over-priced for what was received. Server was pleasant and attentive. Restaurant and bathroom were very clean.

Bistro on Prince continues to provide a nice place to relax and unwind. The diverse menu presents a superb selection of moderately priced appetizers, soups, and salads, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, and seafood. The chefs special is always outstanding and reasonably priced. The Wednesday managerâs reception offers complimentary appetizers and beverages and I enjoyed the exceptional breakfast buffet. Many thanks to Bonnie, Emily, Danielle, Jamie, Karinne, Tabitha and Tracy for the friendly service. Bistro on Prince is an exceptional dining facility for hotel guests and local residents. I aim to return soon.Outstanding feedback David B., thank you so much for sending along your kind comments, I'll be sure to share them with our crackerjack Bistro team. We drove an hour and a half, at kidsâ suggestion, to meet for lunch at the new location. Same look, menu, maybe a bigger site but......service was slow, waited almost a half hour for food. Burger was fine, shared portion for two of us. Atmosphere not to our liking, louder radio in the background. Kids love it, me......not so much.
